Расположение сказочное. Наше проживание в отеле - это было запоминающееся приключение. Номера - отдельные бунгало с аутентичной обстановкой в гуще тропической растительности и видами на город внизу и океан вдали. В стоимость номера входило посещение верёвочного моста, стеклянного моста и красивого бассейна с великолепным видом. Мы всем этим воспользовались. Очень понравился завтрак. По сравнению со многими другими отелями, в которых нам довелось пожить и позавтракать он отличался не только разнообразием но и прекрасным вкусом предлагаемых блюд.

Очень всё ушатанное. Нужна реновация.

Уникальность размещения, уединенность. Очень вкусный завтрак. Зона небольшая, но разнообразно, свежо, с красивым видом. Очень быстро сработал персонал на запрос о льде и замене полотенец. Четко. Можно в парке гулять все дни проживания. Ужинали а тайском ресторане - все блюда очень вкусные (брали 6 разных - всё отлично). Мини бар с газировкой (4 шт) бесплатно. Возле общего бассейна красивее, чем возле собственного). Косметика норм. Есть соль для ванны, мочалка. Зубные пасты, щетки и тд.

Cons:

На ресепшн не говорят на международном языке! Никто не знает английский. Всё очень долго, без приветственных напитков. Потом до номера долго ехать. И ожидание транспорта от отеля ко всем точкам - это то ещё испытание. Обещали при населении 2-3 минуты. По факту 15-20 стоишь ждешь. Это такие потери времени, ещё и в жару стоишь. Очень далеко находится каждый пункт парка и номера друг от друга. Пешком никак. Взяли номер с бассейном. Он узкий, не удобный. Всего 1 лежак возле бассейна. Плитка страшненькая в нем. Вода холодная. Террасы нет перед бассейном. Т.е. вечером посидеть и встретить закат на улице просто негде. Только внутри дома есть столик. А смысл этих домиков именно в такой романтике. Вообще весь дом ушатанный, обшарпанный, очень старое всё. От чего неприятно. Ещё и свет - полумрак, тапки в номере платные! В номере за 350$ платные тапки? Кровать жесткая. На 1 денек можно взять, но не более. И можно без бассейна. Он не стоит х2 номера. Очень далеко от любого магазина. Только на топовой улице парка (туристические ларьки) можно что-то купить, но закрываются в 18). Представляю, какой был обалденный отель, когда только открылся.

Придумать что то с доставкой чемоданов в номер и обратно.

Cons:

Лестницы 😂 чтобы попасть на свою виллу - нужно иметь базовую физическую подготовку. Больше 2 дней - делать особо нечего.

Будьте готовы к тому, что ребенку предложат спать на одной кровати с родителями. Т к у них нет возможности поставить в домики extra bed (несмотря на то, что при бронировании это было заявлено)
