Extremely peaceful location surrounded by nature in Haria
Pros:

Such a peaceful place in the middle of Haria. It's just a few steps to the town centre. In addition to the wonderful natural surroundings, the César Manrique Museum (about a 9-minute walk) is highly recommended. The beach at Famara is about a 35-minute drive away via a lovely "mountain road." Great location, fantastic breakfast, very kind staff.

Struttura super, gestione un po' meno..
Pros:

Casa e giardino veramente belli e piacevoli, il potenziale della struttura è enorme.
Bagno spazioso, letto grande e comodo, lenzuola e salviette pulite.

Cons:

Pulizia nei dettagli non perfetta..sotto il letto per esempio molta polvere.

L'arredo in camera è MINIMALE: non c'è un tavolo, solo un piccolo ripiano con sgabelli che basta forse per una colazione veloce, sicuramente non adatto per chi vuole pranzare/ cenare comodamente.
La cucina molto bellina, ma a disposizione giusto 2 piatti, 2 bicchieri, 2 posate, 2 pentole... si potrebbe fornire qualcosa di più, soprattutto in considerazione del prezzo dell'alloggio.

Manca presenza di personale in struttura. È possibile sentire qualcuno solo da remoto, e onestamente questo fa sentire un po' abbandonati. In ogni caso quando li abbiamo contattati sono stati tutti gentili.

Colazione, per quel che costa, veramente scarsa. Non ne vale la pena.

È mancata l'energia elettrica per tutto un pomeriggio fino a sera, e ciò ha determinato anche mancanza di acqua nelle stanze, impossibilità di preparare la cena, lavarsi, usare il bagno...
Può capitare, si, ma nessuno si è presentato in struttura per dare assistenza alle persone e men che meno si sono offerti di elargire una qualche forma di rimborso. Questo da parte di un hotel di questa fascia sorprende molto..
