Disconnected Staff & Poor Accommodations
Pros:

Bartender, Q was the main highlight giving exceptional insight on places to go and things to do in Philly, and front desk receceptionist, Michael gets 5 stars as he was very apologetic for his fellow staff members, trying to accommodate as much as possible for their huge shortcomings.

Cons:

Staff members, Olin and Jordan who both worked the front desk. They were extremely disconnected and failed to provide acceptable customer service. Jordan was asked to make sure our room was cleaned and she failed to do so therefore we had no clean linen or clean wash cloths. Olin had a very dismissive attitude and tone deaf to all my questions and concerns. Jordan was the same, not at all helpful or attentive to her responsibilities. Also valet parking was way too expensive especially for large vehicles and an additional fee for in/out so we parked in garage across the street which was very reasonable, however our rental was damaged as the exit ramp was extremely narrow causing the side to be severely scratched 😳.

It was expensive for what you received, I could have stayed at the Ritz Carlton.

Location was great!

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn’t working, very hot. However the problem got fixed but it took a day for someone to answer the front desk phone.

Very good location in downtown Philadelphia, with plenty of great places within just a few minutes’ walk. The hotel is clean and decent, and the staff were also kind.

Pros:

The valets Q & Davon at the Loft by Marriott REALLY made my trip! They were knowledgeable, polite, really helpful with directions & went above & beyond. THANK YOU, THANK YOU for your help & kindness, you were the highlight at the Loft!

Great 1st Trip To Philly
Pros:

Never been to Philly so felt a little overwhelming at first (it was busy weekend for World Cup and 4th of July). But didn’t struggle at all here, thanks to the great service from everyone.

It all started with Q and Davon at valet. Then trickled to check in and room service.

Great central location so I could walk to most of the main spots.

No issues with my stay here at all

Elegant hotel close to metro station
Pros:

less than 2 blocks away from line B2 Metro station which is a direct line to NRG Stadium

Cons:

wifi policy is confusing and not at all free unless you sign up for Marriott electronic mail
