Hospedagem excepcional, experiência inenarrável.

O atendimento foi excepcional, todos os funcionários muito educados e gentis. Eu precisei remarcar minhas datas por motivos pessoais, eles foram super acessíveis, e atenciosos. Muito bem localizada, do modo ideal, longe do barulho da Vila Capivarí, porém perto para fazer todas as atividades, foi uma ótima experiência, quando voltar em Campos, certeza que ficarei lá novamente, café da manhã excelente, vaga de estacionamento, enfim, foi melhor do que esperava.

Funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã simples, mas muito bom. Boa localização, perto o suficiente do Parque Capivari para ir andando, mas longe o suficiente para ficar longe da bagunça.

Cons:

O hotel tem 2 andares e não tem elevador. Para mim nao chegou a ser problema, mas estava viajando com uma idosa e ela sentiu um pouco de dificuldade. Mas as funcionárias foram muito atenciosas e ajudaram com as malas.

Pros:

Acomodações muito limpas e cheirosas. Em instalações antigas, isso faz toda a diferença. Café da manhã completo é muito gotoso. Funcionários atenciosos e gentis.

Cons:

Pra quem quer descansar e fugir do barulho, sugiro não ficar nos quartos em frente à rua. Muitas motos e quadriciclos passando. Ponto importante, pois essa informação não há em nenhum lugar.
