Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr ansprechend, auch die direkte Lage zum Wasser. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut, für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Müritz, das ist eine sehr schöne Lage. Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu laufen, da immer am Wasser lang.
Sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot, verschiedene Brötchen, Brote Kuchen. Aufschnitt und Käse, Obst und Gemüse sehr frisch. Verschiedene Kaffee- u. Teesorten. Immer frischer Saft.
Etwas Eng ist es beim Aufschneiden von Brot und Brötchen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen!

Traumhafter Urlaub
Pros:

Sehr moderne und saubere Appartements in einer super Lage direkt an der Müritz. Wir haben uns von Anfang an total Wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Man ist sehr schnell in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Waren und auch schnell an den schönsten Wanderwegen. Wir haben uns total in den Ort und die Natur verliebt und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Natürlich wieder zu Ihnen ins Müritzpalais.

Pros:

Wirklich tolle-Lage, von der Sauna in die Müritz zu springen-herrlich, Balkon mit Blick auf die Müritz, großzügige Appartements, super Frühstück (nur muss man kurz draußen lang, um in den Frühstücksraum zu kommen)...einfach rundum schön!

Cons:

Ein Schild innen an der Tür Richtung Müritz im Spa, dass man nur mit Karte wieder reinkommt. Zum Glück haben uns Mitbewohner am Haupteingang wieder reingelassen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Sehr schönes Appartement, mit direktem Blick auf's Wasser.
Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.
Mein Mann hatte eine kleine Überraschung für mich am Frühstückstisch. Hat das Personal super umgesetzt.

Cons:

Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, wenn man dort wirklich essen und kochen möchte.
Normalerweise hat man immer mal Salz, Filtertüten etc. von den Vorgängern in der Küche vorgefunden.
Wir wollten eh nicht kochen, daher war es für uns kein Problem. Nehmen nur wegen unserem Hund gern mit Küchenzeile.
Auch ein extra Putzlappen, um mal etwas vom Boden wegzuwischen, wäre sehr praktisch.
Aber dies eher als Info.
