Nashira Kurpark Hotel

What amazes me is that all the "fantastic reviews"here are from Turkisch people and from 2018. We have been here a week and haven't seen a single Turkisch guest, only personal. The room was ok, But there was no watercooker, coffeemachine or even a waterbottle. The food was bad. breakfast bread often tough. Dinner buffet mostly 3 variations of pork and chicken. Worse of all is that there was only one stafmember that spoke German and English so often there was no one there who you could ask for a drink after waiting for 15 minutes. At the checkout you get confronted with extra costs that are not mentioned before. My guess is that the score at Tripadvisor (and other sites) has been rigged. It;s definitly NOT 4 star, maybe 2,5

Schönes Zimmer sauber , ruhig , sehr freundliches Personal .. leider war der kaminofen nicht an in dem kaminzimmer...
Essen war okay . Frühstück war gut .

Schade, dass so wenig los war in dem Hotel.

Die Schiebetür im Frühstücksraum ist "laut" beim Auf- und Zugehen, das hat etwas gestört.
Auch wurde leider mein Bett nicht gemacht.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Me and my family stay at this hotel at 13-16 the time we stay at the family suite was amazing the rooms are very clean and decorated.Reception and other staffs are keep us we are like home.Breakfast was delicous and there was so much options for eat.Im very happy that l stayed at this otel.

Rooms are very clean , beds comfortable, rich breakfast, staffs are cheerfull and friendly. I advice this otel for all families. We are planning to stay in this otel Nashira Hotel am Kurpark again in further holidays in Germany.

Excellent, friendly staff. Really clean hotel. Great restaurant. Breakfast was excellent and lovely to be able to sit outside. Bed was really comfortable. Quite Location. The building and room has new. Staff were all very helpful and friendly especially when we had problems.
Sure i will stay again.

You can find the calmness and confor in this hotel located at a small town in north border of Black Forest (Schwarzwald). So, it offers you to discover surroundings in cost effective manner. Our room was designed as modern style and its cleanness and hygienne was so satisfactory. Breakfast was healthy and better than continental ones. Both Öcal Family and hotel staff hosted us perfectly, and their care made our holiday even more beatiful.

We have stayed three days at this Hotel. Location was very good. Breakfast was rich. Rooms were big clean and silent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I definitely would like stay at this Hotel again.

Réceptionniste au petits soins, donc très positif.malheureusement les toilettes étaient pas propres ( traces de défections et poils pubiens dans la salle de bains ).
Pour un 4 étoiles et une chambre à 150€ ( avec parking ) je trouve ça déplorable. Très déçu de la propreté.

Schmutzige Zimmer, kein Fernbedienung, kein Shampoo, Insekten in Zimmer. Die müssten mich irgendwoanders umsiedeln

Looking at the beautiful photos and description on hotels.Com encouraged us to take a detour to the hotel. Unfortunately it does not have the following. A operating restaurant, housekeeping, spa and sauna, ambience and warmth, qualified and efficient staff of any sort. This hotel is so bad that it should not be open. From the dead flies on the floor to some else toiletries in the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned. Originally built as an old people's home it retains that theme so if you are interested in what overpriced accommodations will look like when you need care experience it right now because I cannot see tha this hotel will still be operating in another month. In most countries they would have been charged with false advertising.
