Pros:

Roof top dining area was a real asset. Also balcony room was worth upgrading for. Bed and linen were great quality.

Cons:

The apartment's furnishings were tired and the couch was stained. A bit of a let down from the photos. Four tea bags for 4 days (3 people) and no salt & pepper (but the grinders were there). No hot water in the kitchen which I reported to reception with no response.

Great stay and great location!
Pros:

Had a great stay at the Opera Apartments. It was much bigger than I caught from the photos.

Check-in was done via a lockbocx and instructions. We arrived a little later as our flights were delayed but it was a smooth check in process and the team were very helpful. On our last day, we had a slight problem with returning the key but it was quickly resolved which was wonderful service.

Rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfy for three of us. The TV was a smart TV which was great for options.
Rooftop pool had a beautiful view and the dining area is a nice touch, especially if you just wanted to dine outside with a view of the city. The deck was spacious too and had plenty of seats and a table in the case you wanted to catch the sunset/sunrise. Carpark was easy to get too as well downstairs.

The location is great and very central. Only about a 5 minute walk to the Southbank river where you can have a lovely stroll along the wharf, museum is about 7 min walk and also 7/11 and other convenience stores are about the same walk too.

There is also a really nice coffee place downstairs that had yummy bagels, acai bowls & coffee for the morning before doing any activities!

Thank you to Paula and the team for making our stay a smooth and epic experience. Would highly recommend this for anyone who is after a weekend or week away with family or friends and would definitely come back to stay again :)

Worst unit I’ve booked in Brisbane the owners need to spend some money and upgrade the place.
Pros:

The unit was a good size and my boys liked the pool. It’s a decent location if you want to be close to South bank, although it has no views of the river like most do on the other side.

Cons:

The cleaners have done a good job but it is very run down and the carpet smelt. The master bed mattress needs to be replaced The sheer curtains are filthy. The carpet needs to be replaced with hard flooring. They allow guests to smoke on the balcony but it smells inside so guests are not sticking to this policy. The ventilation in the building is off and it’s quite claustrophobic being in the lifts and passages. The paint is peeling off the walls and our unit 1001 the doors was dirty.

Location and views . 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and everything worked .
Easy parking .

Cons:

The TV . Small , not a good brand . Always nice to have a TV in at least one bedroom . Makes a huge difference when staying with kids .

Clean, modern apartment stay on a handy location walkable to lots of things
Pros:

Warm, clean, tidy, great location and had everything we needed. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

Parking spot was a bit of a challenge to get in and out of, but we made it work.
