Pros:

we have booked the lake view room, they gave us first night the ground room which was annoying because of the noise and the no view, the next day they gave us the room with lake view as booked

Nice hotel, to other side of ozungol lake which is overlooking the river and close to ozungol Museum which is The most beautiful of Uzungöl and worth a visit

Hotel was on road, very nice location. Lots of activity around hotel. Walking distance from the lake. Very friendly staff. Conditions were alright to stay.

Herrr yer Arap dolu. Otel arap dolu. Giriş katta oda verdiler. Sabaha kadar, dışarıdan gelen gürültü ve yüksek sesle muhabbet oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Uyuyamadık. Kahvaltıda bardak ve tabaklar lekeliydi. Yarıda bıraktık çıktık. Kötüydü. Bölge de kötüydü.

Otelin konumu gayet iyi odaların temizliği ve konforu iyi yalnız çalışanlar hayatlarından bezmişler kahvaltısı otelin son derece iyi çok fazla Türk müşteriye alışkın değiller temizlikte tamamen Araplara göre yapılmış yeterince temiz bir otel değil

Otel çalışanları içten ve samimiydi, odalar boğucu değil ferah ve genişti. Kahvaltı açık büfeydi, her insana hitap edecek çeşitliliği vardı. Kesinlikle 1 gün değil bir kaç gün kalınmalı

ilk olarak internet sitenizden biz e dublex bir aile odası ve bir normal oda verileceği söylendi otele gittiğimizde aile odasının üst katı hazır olmadığı için iki adet normal oda verildi. otelin doluluk oranı %100 olmadığı halde bize zorla oda bulunduklarını bu sebepten erkene aldiğımız rezervasyonun üzerine 2 katı para vererek almak zorunda kaldık. Ücreti 7 yıldızdan ödedik kalite 2 yıldız idi. odalardan odaya ve koridorlardan odaya inanılmaz bir ses geçirimliliği söz konusu, yan oda da ne konuşuluyor ise sanki sizin odanızda konuşuluyor gibi ve koridorda. bizim katta kalan aile çocukluydu mesela sabaha kadar 4 oda yanımızdaki ailenin sesini duyduk. otelciliği hizmet sektörü olarak değil de öncelik olarak para kazanma amacıyla işletme yapan insanların çalıştırdığı bir işletme olmuş.

Geniş bir odayla karşılaştık. Büyük bir televizuonu vardı. Banyosu yeterli büyüklükteydi. Terlik fazladan havlu ve çay istedik ve anında temin ettiler. Temizlik olarak iyi bir oteldi.
