Ein Aufenthalt mit Erinnerungswert 🥲

Zentrale Lage, schöne Dusche!

Cons:

Holpriger Check in , Rauchmeldeanlage blinkte die ganze Nacht wie ein Flugkontrollsystem, schlafen nur möglich mit Schlafmaske, Frühstück sehr lieblos, Kuchen usw. stand schon am Vortag bereit.
Deutlich Luft nach oben, Preis unangemessen hoch für den Leistungsumpfang

La stanza che ci hanno assegnato aveva l’impianto di condizionamento difettoso che di notte, intorno alle 3 , si è spento facendo saltare tutte le luci della stanza con conseguente accensione dell’illuminazione di emergenza che è rimasta accesa fissa a lungo, svegliandoci. Abbiamo a quel punto chiamato la reception che ha provato a far ripartire l’illuminazione dall’impianto centrale senza riuscirci. Alla fine ci hanno detto che l’unica soluzione era tenere spento l’interruttore del condizionatore presente nel quadro elettrico della nostra stanza che evidentemente era la causa del corto circuito. Facendo cosi infatti l’illuminazione si è riattivata e si è spenta la luce di emergenza, ma oramai era quasi l’alba oltre al fatto che la stanza non poteva più riscaldarsi…Nessuno del personale che sia venuto in camera a capire se si potesse risolvere il problema anche da lì e la mattina, al momento del check out, neanche mezza scusa per il disagio subito.

Ringrazio lo staff che ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio e ha avuto cura del nostro soggiorno lì!
Pros:

La colazione è stata varia ed abbondante e la posizione dell'hotel è strategica sia per passeggiate che per godere della vista; abbiamo viaggiato con il nostro cane che è stato accolto con affetto e a braccia aperte. Consiglio senz'altro a tutti questa struttura!
