Pros:

Showing big, giving nothing. No complimentary Breakfast for all the days. No wifi. Poor condition of room. water interruption on tap. Lots of mosquitoes in room. I have booked a room in Rainbow international, but on arrival they shifted to other hotel nearby which caused a lot of discomfort to us.

Cheating with me by showing nice room on web.
Pros:

Booking was taken for rainbow International but when i enter in the hotel they diverted me in another group of hotel. I went that hotel by paying myself ( Auto )
Room shown to me was horrible. So dirty, contested, bad smell, no cleaning etc. I refuse & cancel that deal.
I search another hotel & enjoied my holidays with Family.
I neither book in future from Hotel.com & nor suggest any one.
