We stayed here in July, and I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtful and accommodating the staff were. When we requested fans because of the summer heat, they didn’t just give us one or two — they provided enough for every bedroom and even one for the living room. That kind of detail really shows how much they care about guest comfort.
We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and very well laid out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and there was even an additional toilet in the living room — which was so practical for a group like ours.
They also brought us electric kettles when we asked, and when we pointed out that the sofa leg was broken, they fixed it right away — no waiting, no fuss. Everyone we met was polite, respectful, and eager to help.
It’s hard to find places that go this extra mile, but this one truly did. I felt so comfortable here, and I already know this will be my go-to place whenever I return. Highly recommended!

Apartment was spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Located in the Altstadt.
The bathroom off of the living room seemed like it could have benefited from some ventilation.
Extremly convenient accommodation in the heart of the wonderful old city. Real gem. Very polite and helpful staff. Very easy check-in and check-out arrangment.
We had to boil the water for tea in the saucepan. Electric kettle would be an improvement.
The 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious. It has a lounge 3 bedrooms each with its own ensuite, ,a kitchen and Laundry. We did several loads and it dried quickly. It was in a cute cobblestone area with parking out the front.need to pay for it during the day but free overnight. You can also get 30 mins free each day. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Block out curtains helped with the light (sun sets late and ruses early)
The rooms were really hot. No air con. We found closing all the bathroom and laundry doors with lights off helped. The beds were very hard. As it was hot we slept on top of the donnas which helped make it soft, but was still very hard.and the slats creak every time you roll over.

The three bedroom apartment is huge and has a fully stocked kitchen. There is a full sized dining table and lounge. It’s beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The hotel is located in the beautiful old town of Zofingen and is an easy walk to trains, buses, restaurants, shops and groceries. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional customer service - receptionist was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. Housekeeping was excellent.
The space was even better than anticipated, the showers were great and we loved that every room had an ensuite bathroom. The restaurant in the same building was excellent.
Parking was confusing and the staff did not do a good job explaining it. When we checked in, Booking.com had only let them know that two people were coming, and we were five. Instead of pivoting right away, they thought we were joking (?). When they realized we were serious and really did have 5 people, they got defensive about the situation. The people who showed us the apartment did not speak English well (that's OK--it's a German speaking area!), but I think they THOUGHT they understood us, but did not. It was overall very confusing and distressing as we checked in. The stay got much better from there and we had a generally good experience. On the weekend, they stopped giving us fresh towels, and did not let us know that the front desk closed at noon.

Recommend to put the 10fr energy surcharge (2 nights of 5fr each) into the upfront/listed cost on Booking instead of charging it at the end of a stay
Excellent and roomy apartment in a wonderful place in the heart of the old town. Everything necessary for a short stay is there. A lot of parking space around the old town, so finding a place was easy. Definitely would recommend and will come again.
Some little things that you normally would expect in an apartment were missing, e.g. hangers, salad bowls, table mats (would be nice on a glass table), kettle, etc.
