Do not book! Scam!

Everything in this hotel is terrible. False advertising. Do not fall for the photos that was shown. Its location is right next to the market. It stinks. The foul smell comes inside the room.You cannot even open the windows for air. Also aircon is not working. We were transferred 3x during our 4days stay because the room smell like sewer. It was a very terrible experience.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE WHATEVER HAPPENS.

they also have a cease and decease order and shouldn't be operating but they purposely hid it on top. Nothing is good in the hotel. The rates are not even worth it!!! We tried to speak to someone higher than the manager but the staff says that it was owned by chinese and he doesn’t coordinate or speak to anybody with complaints. I think the department of tourism in el nido palawan should look into this hotel because guests are lured to false advertising of this hotel.

Booking.com should look into this hotel.

Pros:

The studio is well-appointed. The bathroom is spacious. The staff were really courteous and willing to help.

Cons:

No windows in the room or in the bathroom - you had to open the door to get fresh air. As a result, a lot of humidity accummulated in the room and in the bathroom.
The worst part was that there was a tuk-tuk stand just in fron of the hotel, which meant horrible noise all through the night. It was hardly possible to sleep!
The breakfast was not to the taste of a Westerner. I personally fancied nothing that was offered, provided that eggs are sold out in the open everywhere in town, without refridgeration, so we didn't dare eat eggs.

Pros:

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, alles sauber und ordentlich! Es wird nicht täglich gereinigt, nach Handtüchern und anderen Sachen musste man selber fragen, bekamen diese dann aber! Tolle Aussicht und toller Ausgangspunkt! Der BPI ATM im Eingangsbereich super praktisch!

Cons:

We had no A/C in our room no hot water and the bed is like sleeping on a rock with a sheet of paper. We ask for our A/C and said tommorow it will work. It didnt so they gave us a fan that make the same noise as a plane so our 3 days was shit. Theres is no restaurant or you cant go to el nido town by walking it's near nothing exepect the local fish market so theres is always that smell.
