A clean place in a good location, but extremely unsafe and poorly managed—definitely not recommended
Pros:

The location was good and convenient, and the place itself was clean

Cons:

The accommodation felt very unsafe. The main entrance door was broken, so anyone could enter the building without a key card. There was no reception or direct contact with management—only an email and an AI phone system that never connects you to a real person. We were a group of students staying in six rooms, and unfortunately, there was a robbery during our stay. We contacted the police and tried to reach management but received no response. The police later caught the burglar inside the building, which highlights how insecure the property is. Additionally, since payment is done through a self-check-in machine and not Booking.com, there is no support available from them either. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it if you want to enjoy your stay in Bonn. If you are looking for stress and an unsafe experience, then this might be for you.

Die Lage ist gut. Der Preis ist relativ günstig

Cons:

Es sollte für Probleme, z.B. mit dem Checkin-Automaten eine Telefonnummer geben, bei der nicht nur eine KI am anderen Ende ist, sondern ein Mensch, dem man etwas erklären kann. Für das elektronische WC sollte eine Bedienunganleitung vor Ort sein.

Pros:

Good location and ease of check-in.

Cons:

The room smelled like old cigarettes, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. Could not sleep well because of the smell.
