A pousada é maravilhosa! A localização é ótima, o café da manhã é INCRÍVEL. Acomodações limpas, confortáveis e o lugar é super arborizado. Os funcionários são muito solícitos. Só tenho elogios sobre a pousada.

Pros:

Os funcionários sao muito atenciosos, o cafe da manhã tem muita diversidade, o hotel tem uma boa estrutura nas áreas comuns e fica perto do centro de Morro.

Cons:

Apesar de ter um bondinho para levar ao outro, o hotel tem muitas escadas, o que pode ser ruim para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida e que dificulta a locomoção em dias chuvosos (muitas escadas e sem cobertura)

Cons:

Ar condicionado não estava respondendo. No meio da madrugada chamei funcionário que detectou que problema era o controle remoto. O da recepção que ele trouxe funcionava e o do quarto não. Funcionário não queria deixar o controle funcional e sugeriu que mudassem de quarto, na madrugada!

Pros:

Acredito, com certeza que foi um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei. Todos muito atenciosos desde o recepcionista até o pessoal da limpeza. Rafael um amor de pessoa e perfeito mas indicações dos passeios, foi inesquecível e voltarei com certeza.
