I recently stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Kota, and it was truly a delightful experience. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. From check-in to check-out, the staff was extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The ambiance of the hotel is calm and welcoming, ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The meals were delicious, fresh, and offered a good variety of options. The quality and taste were excellent, and the presentation was impressive.

Fabulous stay !
Pros:

The staff was very cooperative and friendly. In their restaurant Flavia, we were served by Arpita (if I recall name correct!) and Sushant were superb. A special thanks to Arpita! the reception staff was also great! Arjun and his colleagues were also excellent. A great experience although we had a short stay. My 1 year old daughter also enjoyed a lot!

everything was poor from the cleanliness to the attitude of the team, i think there was poor management. the food at night was quite inedible. This was a really poor experience. i just needed to overnight
