Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping our room fresh and tidy. The service was outstanding, and we felt well looked after throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay for two weeks at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping our room fresh and tidy. The service was outstanding, and we felt well looked after throughout our stay. N'a de "Radisson" que le nom, à fuir
Pros:

Hôtel simple sans charme particulier. Chambre étroite, avec tout de même une jolie vue sur les fontaines du jardin public. Restauration sans prétention mais bonne.

Cons:

Forte odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain/toilettes, qui nécessitent un rafraîchissement.
La piscine n’était pas propre et les grilles de drainage et d’évacuation étaient en très mauvais état, voire dangereuses. Même problème avec les lattes du sol. D'ailleurs, une grande partie du "rooftop", qui devait autrefois être un espace bar, est délabrée et à l'abandon.

Le pire, c'est toutefois leur lamentable manque de professionnalisme. Lors du check-out, la réceptionniste nous a indiqué que le prix de notre chambre avait directement été débité via Booking. Trois semaines plus tard, nous avons cependant reçu un message de l’hôtel nous disant que nous n’avions pas payé. L'hôtel s'était trompé et nous réclamait de régler la facture sans tarder.
Les messages oppressants s'apparentaient à du harcèlement, de surcroît sans aucune excuse ni remise en question de leur part. Aucun geste de la direction, aucune proposition pour une solution à l’amiable. Au contraire, ils ont même osé me réclamer les données de ma carte bancaire pour l'utiliser par eux-mêmes ! Par souci d'honnêteté, nous avons quand même payé, mais bien plus que le prix fixé sur Booking, le virement international nous ayant coûté 34 € (soit plus de la moitié du prix de la chambre). Là encore, aucune excuse de l'établissement.
