Parfait !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel d'accueil est vraiment adorable ! Notre chambre était très propre, spacieuse, le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner est composé de salé et de sucré, c'est très bon. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas de tout ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif est qu'il n'y ait pas de pommeau de douche mais seulement une douche de tête, pas pratique pour ne pas se mouiller les cheveux ! Mais sinon rien de plus.

Soggiorno da 10 e lode. Struttura consigliatissima.
Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione molto strategica della città, si trova nel bel mezzo delle vie principali e tra tre piazze dalle quali puoi raggiungere praticamente ogni posto, per non parlare della vicinanza alla metro. La struttura in sé è ben tenuta e ben gestita con uno staff veramente attento ai bisogni oltre che gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e torneremo sicuramente quando visiteremo di nuovo la città

Cons:

Difficile trovare qualcosa che non va. Forse l’unica nota leggermente negativo può essere l’umidità che abbiamo riscontrato nell’appartamento all’ultimo piano ed il leggero rumore del pavimento in alcuni punti, ma solo perché avendo un bambino piccolo, dovevamo stare attenti a non svegliarlo. In ogni caso, queste note sono assolutamente ininfluenti.

La posizione è davvero ottima, comodissima per visitare la città. Lo staff è stato eccezionale, sempre gentile e disponibile. Inoltre, ho apprezzato molto la pulizia, impeccabile durante tutto il soggiorno.

Cons:

L’unico aspetto negativo è stato un odore sgradevole percepibile all’ingresso o nei corridoi, anche se fortunatamente non era presente in camera.

Wonderful stay at a great hotel
Pros:

We loved everything regarding this hotel. The rooms, the interior, the location is superb and the staff is amazing. Special thanks to Luisa, she is such a welcoming receptionist! We will definitely stay here again if we re-visit Lisbon.

Superschönes Stadthotel
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben sogar per WhatsApp daran erinnert dass sie 24/7 da sind und bei Problemen jederzeit helfen können. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und ruhig. Die Putzfrau kam jeden Tag und sie hat sich auch viel Mühe gegeben. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, mein Sohn mochte vor allem die Crossiants sehr gerne. Das Hotel ist optimal in der Innenstadt gelegen, man kann alles super erreichen. Alles in allem eines der tollsten Stadthotels in denen ich war.

Cons:

Wenn man pingelig ist könnte man sagen dass das Frühstück nicht so abwechslungsreich ist, aber ich fand das nicht schlimm. Es war super lecker und bei Sonderwünschen haben die netten Damen sofort ausgeholfen.
