ÓTIMA OPÇÃO EM LISBOA
Pros:

Atendimento excelente das funcionárias da recepção e do café, muito bem treinados, Instalações de bom gosto, localização estratégica, cama boa e café da manhã muito gostoso com todos os itens que eu aprecio. Ficaria lá novamente sem dúvida.

Cons:

Quarto pequeno (tivemos dificuldade em acomodar as malas) e banheiro com box sem porta, molhando fora ao tomar banho. Só tem um elevador e bem pequeno, com alguns degraus para acessar, mas as funcionárias ajudam. Acredito que isso seja devido ao prédio ser antigo.

Pros:

Nos subieron de categoría a un apartamento de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños, lo que resultó perfecto para 3 adultos. Lousia en recepción encantadora.

Cons:

Las personas encargadas del desayuno no hablan ni una palabra de español ni en los letreros pone los conceptos en español. Con la afluencia de visitantes españoles sería buena opción añadir algo del idioma

Great home away from home
Pros:

Got a Studio instead of a room and it was the nicest stay in Lissbon I have had: great Studio with view to the castle, and the famos lift, and some glimpses of the Tejo. Great size, modern and lovely interior design. Two great TVs, two outdoor areas (balcony and terrasse), sound prrof windows and shutters, nice and equipped kitchen. Super central and close to public means of transportation, restaurants, shops, pedastrian zone. Simply lovely! Thank you for this great stay!

Per quanto siano pulite, le stanze avrebbero bisogno di cambiare la moquette e sistemare le coperture di divanetti e poltrone che sono veramente tanto rovinate

Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, camera molto carina e pulita quotidianamente, colazione non troppo varia ma molto buona!
Posizione dell'hotel ottima anche per chi come noi ha bimbi e di conseguenza passeggino.
Consigliato!

Cons:

Ascensore hotel piccolo e molto vintage, moquette un po' vecchiotta che soffocava un po' l'ambiente e causava odore all'ingresso della camera un po' sgradevole.
Bagno abbastanza spazioso ma porta scorrevole che si apre e chiude a fatica, quest'ultimo problema segnalato allo staff che con educazione si è scusato prontamente e farà verificare. Tutto ciò non ha comunque compromesso il soggiorno che nel complesso è stato piacevole.

Pros:

Funcionárias da recepção muito educadas e bem treinadas. Tivemos mais contato com a Luísa que foi muito prestativa. O café da manhã é muito bom e me atendeu perfeitamente com os itens que gosto e bem preparados. Funcionária do café também muito atenciosa e fazendo o possível para agradar. Instalações com decoração de bom gosto e funcionais. O hotel é pequeno, mas muito aconchegante. Ficaria lá novamente até porque a localização é estratégica.

Cons:

Quarto pequeno com pouca opção de lugar para colocar as malas. Chuveiro bom, um pouco difícil para ajustar a temperatura e sem porta no box, fazendo passar a água e molhando fora. O hotel tem só um elevador e bem pequeno cabendo poucas pessoas com malas ocasionando um pouco de demora, mas nada disso desabona o hotel, nem são motivos que não fariam eu ficar lá novamente.

Fantastic stay in Lisbon
Pros:

Wow! Absolutely loved our stay in Lisbon. We actually got upgraded to an apartment which was amazing and had a fantastic view of Carmo Convent which was right behind us. There was also a rooftop bar in the same vicinity but we didn't hear the noise at all - great sound proofing! It got serviced daily so we always had fresh towels to come back to and was always very clean. The whole apartment was very comfortable. When we checked in, Luisa was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful and walked us to our apartment to ensure we had everything we needed and made sure we knew how to get hold of reception etc.

Cons:

The elevator is incredibly slow and we were on the top floor. We walked down but after each day we were pooped from sightseeing so didn't want to walk up any more stairs that day. But, if thats the worse thing then I think they're doing pretty well!
