Hotel with character in the core of Lisbon
Pros:

Perfect location, excellent staff, and a tasty breakfast. Our room was on the third floor and the ceiling was a bit low, but fine for average-height people like us. The historic room is beautiful, with a small balcony and a lovely view, especially in the evening. Overall, an excellent hotel and we would definitely stay again. Thank you so much, dear hotel staff!

Cons:

Wir hatten de luxe Zimmer mit Balkon und (lt. Homepage) "Blick auf eine Sehenswürdigkeit" gebucht. Balkon war mini und eher nicht benutzbar, auch weil der Blick ein verhangenes Baugerüst war, also null Aussicht !

We were so pleasantly surprised by the location. Not on the busiest street, but just steps away.

Pros:

L'hotel si trova nel centro di Lisbona, vicino all'ascensore di Santa Justa e alla stazione Rossio. La posizione è eccellente, sia per visitare Lisbona a piedi che per prendere i mezzi.
La colazione è semplice ma buona e lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità.

Cons:

La nostra non era ben isolata acusticamente, quindi purtroppo sentivamo sia l'ascensore dell'hotel che i rumori dalle camere vicine.
Consigliamo anche di sostituire il vetro della doccia, poiché quello attuale risulta corto e si rischia di bagnare il pavimento e le pareti del bagno.

Pros:

abbiamo avuto un'ottima accoglienza, è stato piacevole trovare personale giovane, simpatico professionale e disponibile.
la colazione è stata ottima, l'ambiente confortevole e rilassante con leggero sottofondo musicale.
la stanza in mansarda è deliziosa e confortevole, come il letto e la macchina del caffè in stanza.

Śniadanie w malutkim lobby hotelowym, sery i wędliny chyba najtańsze z możliwych - niesmaczne. Na ciepło bekon i jajecznica, o które trzeba poprosić. Wybraliśmy tylko bekon i otrzymaliśmy 4 plasterki na 2 osoby :-(

Winda hotelowa malutka - max 2 osoby wydaje takie dźwięki, jakby miała za chwilę stanąć albo spaść.
w pokoju na poddaszu poruszałam się pochylona, aby nie uderzyć głową w sufity a mam tylko 168 cm wzrostu.
Szklane drzwi do łazienki bez zamknięcia, wyciszenia.
