Location was everything for this hotel and we appreciated the friendly service. Room we found very dark and dark vibe other than the bathroom which was very nice.

Mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Het vriendelijke personeel. Ik kwam te vroeg voor het inchecken, maar ik mocht mijn spullen alvast achterlaten. Toen mijn kamer klaar was kreeg in een WhatsApp van de receptioniste dat mijn kamer klaar was, dus ik ben meteen terug gegaan. Daarna ook suggesties gekregen over hoe te komen bij het station.

Great location.
Pros:

Breakfast was well catered for European and had some English elements some days. Staff were brilliant. Loved our room but a bit dubious about a glass door on the bathroom/wc.

We were asked to stay at the hotel apartment building due to an issue with the elevator at the hotel building, which was fine to me, but the apartment building has a platform not an elevator that takes ages and ages to reach … it’s not great if you have big luggage

Hotel in guter Lage, aber nicht geeignet für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität!
Pros:

Die Lage war super, direkt in der Innenstadt, toller Ausblick vom Balkönchen.

Cons:

Wir hatten angekündigt mit Sohn im Rollstuhl zu kommen.
Der Lift war nur über stiegen erreichbar, der Rollstuhl passte NICHT in den Lift! So konnten wir ihn nur mit einem Stuhl nach oben transportieren.
Unser Zimmerchen war im 5. Stock, direkt unter den sehr niedrigen Dachbalken, Dachschrägen stellten ein zusätzliches Hindernis dar. Wir fühlten uns ziemlich veräppelt! Auch die Ausstattung würde einen frischen Anstrich vertragen! Am nächsten Tag wechselten wir das Hotel !! Sehr schade!

All in all a good stay, it’s Location is its best Asset!
Pros:

Great Location, near to Top sights in Lisbon. Main Square a one minute walk!

Cons:

Lift was out of order the entire length of our stay, not good climbing stairs when the Temperature was 39 degrees!
