Perfect stay in the middle of Old Town; the best people you’ll meet in the city work here

Property had all necessary facilities, the location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of old town, very close to restaurants, Rossio train station. But what makes this is a top choice are the people. Everybody there was so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to help us with check-in, gave us an amazing upgrade since we were celebrating my wife’s birthday, helped us out with a private matter, and took time to give us several very very personalised recommendation.

splendido soggiorno a Lisbona,
Pros:

posizione perfetta, in pienissimo centro, a un minuto dalla fermata della metropolitana, piano di locali, personale gentilissimo, disponibile, e parlavano anche in italiano, colazione molto variegata e soprattutto freschissima sia di dolce che di salato, super consigliato! Acqua e caffe in camera sempre disponibili, camera molto grande

piccoli accorgimenti nella camera da migliorare: letti troppo morbidi, presa del phon da cambiare in quanto non si apriva la porta del bagno, il porta sapone della doccia da spostare, vetro della doccia troppo piccolo e l'acqua bagnava tutto il bagno, piccoli dettagli che però che farebbero la differenza,

Esta literalmente en el centro a 1´del Rossio.
Una habitacion super amplia y muy limpia.
El desayuno muy rico y de buena calidad. La fruta estaba muy buena

Para empezar el trato y amabilidad por parte de la recepcionista, supervisora del hotel. Segundo la limpieza y cuidado de cada detalle.
Tercero muy buena ubicación.
Calidad precio para su ubicación inigualable.

Meine Frau, die selten etwas lobt und bestenfalls wenn's gut war von 10 Punkten 6½ Punkte vergibt, hat eine eindeutige Bewertung abgegeben, der ich mich nur anschließen kann: dieses Hotel ist perfekt. Die Ausstattung, der Willkommensgruß und sonst das Personal, was über WhatsApp nachfragte, wie es uns geht und ob wir was brauchen. Das Zimmer hat auch eine Kaffeemaschine & einen Kühlschrank. Die Aussicht auf die Straße ist wunderschön. In der nächsten Nähe der zum Nationaldenkmal erklärte Lift ins obere Stockwerk von Lissabon, der derzeit außer Betrieb war.

Cons:

Die paar Stufen bis zum Aufzug macht das Hotel nicht behindertengerecht. Sonst ist uns nichts aufgefallen, was man negativ bewerten kann.
