Ambiente muito organizado.
Funcionários da recepção muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Limpeza estava impecável. Tudo funcionando muito bem, ar condicionado , tv. Café da manhã bem completo.

Os funcionários da recepção foram o melhor da estadia, o da noite então extremamente educado e solícito! O quarto é amplo e o banheiro bom.

Cons:

Os lençóis puídos, toalhas amareladas, e o estacionamento é dividido com uma Petshop que não podia ter funcionários mais mal educados, um filme de terror. Tive que dar uma volta enorme com uma mala pesada pq se recusaram a abrir o portão mais próximo ao meu carro

Faltou manutenção no quarto.
Pros:

Gentileza dos funcionários e limpeza

Cons:

Estacionamento de difícil acesso e apertado. Faltou manutenção no quarto pois tinha duas lâmpadas queimadas, a TV não funcionava certo, pia com vazamento, em dia de chuva muita infiltração de água por cima da janela, cortina pequena entrando bastante claridade.

Boa localização. Quarto amplo e confortável. Destaco o atendimento da equipe da recepção, tive contato com 3 pessoas em diferentes momentos da estadia e todos foram muito educados, atenciosos e prestativos para atender às minhas demandas. O atendimento prévio à reserva, pelo whatsapp, também foi muito bom.

Otima acomodação, cafe da manha bem variado. Limpeza imaculada. Adorei o sabonete capim limao.

Cons:

O unico senao é quanto a entrada do carro. Sem sinalização no corredor estreito, confunde a visão, principalmente com chuva. Tambem considero temeroso entrada e saida pelo mesmo portao .
