Pros:

The staff were so kind- going out of their way to get us what we needed. Our room was in the back and had a nice view. Would go back. I recommend having a car while staying in the area

Attractive comfortable hotel. Family atmosphere
Pros:

Nice place, generous meals and room size stood out. Definitely family friendly, and definitely comfortable. Bathrooms felt a bit of an afterthought by comparison the the well thought out rest of the room.

המלון והשירות נעימים, חדר גדול ונח, חדר אוכל נעים, אך החוויה שלנו נפלה בדברים אחרים -

1. הזמנו באתר הוטלס, רשום שהוספת א.בוקר במקום כ- 10 דולר. התקשרתי גם לפני הביקור לוודא. בצ'ק אין שילמנו (חמישה ליומיים) תוספת 335 ש"ח ארוחות בוקר. ביום השני בחדר האוכל אמרו שצריך להסדיר את תשלום הארוחות בקבלה, שם נמסר שכן גבו עבור ארוחות לכולנו - אבל רק ליום הראשון !! וצריך לשלם עוד 330 ש"ח עבור היום השני ושזה התעריף. לא יודע אם זה בטעות חד פעמית רק אצלנו (שחייבו בהתחלה רק ליום אחד שיראה זול) או הטעייה שיטתית - אבל לנו זה הרגיש כמו תרגיל עוקץ מסריח. גם אין שום שלט בקבלה עם מחירון שירותי המלון או...

2. למרות שקבלת חדרים רק לאחר שעה 15:00 - הבריכה נסגרת כבר בשעה 16:45.

3. אין מעלית - לחדרים בקומה 2 צריך להעלות את המזוודות במדרגות.

4. המלון בשיפוצים, הוספת אגף חדש. קמים בבוקר לקול טרקטורים וקידוחים...

בסך הכל היה יכול להיות אירוח מאוד נחמד אילולא הנפילות הללו.

Very noisy. There was a group of people and teenagers that were loud even in the middle of the night and early in the morning. They knocked on the doors and runs in the all way.
