ONLY AVERAGE THING: THE ROOM FLOOR WAS WIPED WITH CHEMICAL SO IT WAS SLIPPERY & STICKY, NEED TO WIPE AGAIN WITH NORMAL WATER.

It was good

Pros: Lovely pool. Breakfast buffet was yummy and some of the staff were attentive. Easy check in and check out process. Plenty of parking. Cons: Hotel looked dingy and just plain sad. Strong smell of bleach in lobby. Smell of incense was not inviting but overwhelming, almost as if they were covering up the smell of a dead body. The room was very clean but dated. In other words, nothing in the hotel looked like the vibrant photos on the website. There were no towels in the room and they only gave us one roll of toilet paper. We put our bathing suits on and went downstairs and asked the staff at the front desk for towels and TP. We went out to the pool and asked the pool attendant how to get on the beach. He said that it was closed. I think I could have overlooked most of the negative feedback I'm giving right now had the beach been open. My friend and I drove all the way from Al Ain to go to the beach. Nowhere on the website did the hotel mention that the beach was closed. Still no towels when we got back to the room. Brown and yellow liquid came out of the faucet in the shower. Kettle didn't work and my balcony chair had a hole in the middle. To say this hotel was an unpleasant experience would be an understatement. We went to the Beach House at the hotel down the street and had dinner. We had massive hotel envy. That dinner was the best experience in Ras. Should have booked there:(

Wonderful place nice beach

Simple but well run 3+star right at the beginning of Marjan.Desk staff is excellent and takes care of anything you need. has beach access and was clean and comfortable. reasonably priced.

Breakfast never warm other than the freshly made omelette
Breakfast waiter was extremely helpful
Food server/manager on the evening of Thurs 10th he was dreadful, not welcoming or any engaging….we felt like it was a bother to him!

Excellent for families, clean place, they have a Resturant with amazing food. Very good location. Free Covered Parking slots are limited and plenty space for none covered parking slots.

Great stay and location. Room very clean. Friendly staff. No complaints at all. My only hiccup is the desk tried to charge us 15 instead of 10dhs occupancy tax even though confirmation said 10. Did not use the breakfast. Thanks will return

The hotel had all the facilities like steam, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, pool. The buffet breakfast is not very good, lunch and dinner are excellent in the only sea view restaurant. Cleanliness is acceptable and overall it's a good place to be with all the 5 star facilities minus the aura of a 5 star hotel. Everything is unisex, no Seperate men and women sections.

The room was quiet good and spacious especially the pool side sea view room. Suggest to carry a soap for ur stay as the hotel don't provide the same. Bathtub didn't have foot plug which is a major drawback. Room Service was pathetic. Just for a water bottle we had to call room service for minimum 2 times and it takes ages for them to deliver. And the last bottle we order, they did not even care to deliver. Suggest hotel management to be more alert on these criteria which can give ur guest a pleasant memorable day.

Good solid 3 star hotel. Well managed and kept. Great view and location.

Clean

Clean Rooms and Friendly staff. Food is tasty and nice specially the in room orders and dinner. Great Pool as well and very well located.
House keeping was a little slow in providing requirements.

Hotel is not clean neither comfy.
Lifts are small.
AC system is Harsh.
Towels are old.
Smells Smoke despite we requested non smoking room.
Breakfast is poor.

Stayed there for a night as was taking part in the RAK half marathon the next morning. Good price as the nearby hotels are terribly expensive. The location is about 15 mins walk to the starting line.
The room was adequate, and clean. Unfortunately, there was Concert going on in the next complex that night, and you could hear the DJ screaming. For a light sleeper, it would be difficult to sleep.
There is no shops nearby, so if you are hungry, either order room service, or drive out. Fortunately for me, I packed some food.

Overall, not bad.

It's located at the beginning of Marjan island. 3 outdoor and the one for kids is perfect during winter as it's warm. There is a private beach with lots of activities for kids and adults like volleyball, kayak, trampoline and more so you can easily spend a day in the hotel. Good breakfast and near to the hotel a walk with kids activities and a nice hamra mall with good selection of food.
