I felt welcome and basically at home
Pros:

I felt very welcome at my arrival and during the whole stay. The room and the bed was very comfortable and I was very glad to have such a beautiful Buddha painting in my room. I'm looking very forward for my next stay around the 17th october 2026. Best wishes from Zurich

Cons:

The only reason why I gave a neutral rating regarding quietness was because of the direct neighboors next to my room and is basically not your fault, everything else has been exceptional.

exzellente Lage Mitten in Rüsselsheim, beim akzeptablen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

sehr gute Lage, direkt am Marktplatz; einfacher Check-In, einfacher Check-Out, Frühstücksoption vorhanden (habe diese aber nicht genutzt)

Cons:

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen (man ist aber bemüht über Wandbilder, etc. die Einrichtung freundlich zu gestalten)

Cons:

Persone sgarbate. Struttura sporchissima. È puzzolente. Doccia. Sporca bagno sporco. Sotto il letto matrimoniale sporcizia.
Senza lensola. Solo materazzo e materazzo sporco di peli. Umani. Da evitare assolutamente.
Rumore in piena notte? Da persone. Donne di compagnia. Di continuo. Uscivano ed entravano nelle camere sbattendo porte in piena notte.
Non so come fa Booking? A mantenere. Sul suo profilo questa struttura. Cortesemente Booking mi può contattare. Grazie.

The room was very clean, there was cleaning of the room every day, shampoo, hairdryer and clean towels. The staff were very polite.

Cons:

There was no AC, and I would like the room to have the classic label for clean/no clean.

There was no hairdryer in the room, but it was possible to get it from the reception. The linen and towels were clean, but the floor not so much.

never again.
Cons:

only hot water in the shower, cold water tap was closed as there was a malfunction. Door of bathroom nearly fell out. changed to different, much smaller room because of defective water, but there was no talk of any refund. Breakfast was not possible to reserve in the evening for the next morning, had to go out and have breakfast somewhere else. There is no parking at the hotel available, you have to park on the street.
Terrible.
the staff was kind of friendly though.
