Pros:

Is nice butikhotel,is near by the town and and all posh place is close each others ,I really love the Alacati market and village,and hotel stuff is nice clean,people very friendly , and serving customers is really good, I love breakfast is very nice meditarrenen breakfast,all different olives you can eat,I love cheese and fresh bread everyday.is nice cosy place. For my next travel I really love to go see again,lovely hotel and Alacati.Thank you for everything.

3-8 Haziran tarihlerinde konakladık. Otel genel olarak sorunsuz odalar temiz ve ferah görünüyor. Hergün havlular degistirilip temizlik yapiliyor. Fakat ilk gün söyledigimiz patetes kizarmasindan kocaman siyah kıl ve son gün de gece 3 de valizimden karafatma çıktı. Ayrica ayni gece 4 e kadar 2 tane daha odamizda karafatma cikti.
Otelden genel sorumlu sarışın bayanın üslubunu ben ve arkadasim hic begenmedik. Sarisin bayan diyebiliyorum cunku kendisini tanitma ve tanisma zahmetinde bulunmadi. Birkac defa kendisi otel personel ve garsonlarina hoş olmayacak sekilde seslendi, bir defa havuz basinda tum personele uyarı toplantisi yapti. Ayrica ne otele giriste ne de cikista memnun olup olmadigimizi sorgulamadı. Ki odamizda valizin icerisindeki karafatmayı kendi personelleri çıkarttığı icin mutlaka haberi vardir diye düşünüyorum kusura bakmayın bile demedi. Kimsenin fikrini cok önemsemiyormuş gibi samimi olmayan bir tavrı var. Sadece giderken iyi yolculuklar demekle yetindi. Daha once alacatida 3 tane butik otelde kaldim, bu otel evet ortam olarak guzel ama samimi,sıcak bir işletme değil. Alacati samimiyet ve ortamını pek yansıtmıyor dolayısıyla tekrar tercih edeceğimizi sanmıyorum. Tavsiyem insanlara biraz daha hal hatir sorulması ve sicak, samimi davranılması olur...
