Pros:

Muito bem localizado, ótimo atendimento e cama confortável.

Cons:

O café da manhã não é grande coisa. Poderia ter um ventilador em alternativa ao ar condicionado. Cobertores e edredons muito grossos. É 8 ou 80. Não tem meio termo.

Pros:

Café da manhã muito bem servido, com variedades gostosas e fresquinhas. A equipe é excelente, solícita e educada desde o primeiro contato. A localização é nota mil! Bem central e perto de tudo! Quarto limpo e confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso também! Recomendo fortemente!!

Sinceramente, nesta estadia, não houve um ponto negativo. Foi tudo dentro dos conformes, na verdade, superou nossas expectativas! Ótimo custo-benefício!

Fácil de hacer check in. El personal fue muy amable. El desayuno muy rico. El restaurante está muy bien a buen precio y práctico. En pleno centro de Pelotas.
El tamaño de la habitación y el baño son muy buenos.
La cama era gigante y cómoda.

Cons:

El hotel tiene ya sus años y se nota en el edificio.
El baño sobre todo se ve más gastado y sencillo.
La habitación no tiene buena aislación acústica de la calle y aunque de noche no hay mucho ruido y se puede dormir, se escuchan fuerte los ruidos de la calle (motos, tren a lo lejos). Igual dormimos bastante bien. Durante el día. Hay bastante ruido al está en el centro.
La ubicación no tiene una vista bella. No vale la pena abrir las cortinas.
Le faltaban detalles como tener calentador de agua, o cafetera, no ofrecen en la habitación café, o te de regalo, pero si se ofrecen a la entrada todo el día.
