The room was clean and the cleaning lady was great
Parking lot had a lot of trash and the rocks from flower beds all over the parking lot. And $5.00 a day to park when we found trash / beer bottles around our truck . Wasn’t what I expected!!
The staff was friendly and very helpful. The lobby area was clean and the breakfast was good. Only stayed one night so we didn't use the gym or anything. The hallways were clean.
Our sink in our room and refrigerator were both messed up. The maintenance man came within a good time and quickly took care of both problems. He was very polite and friendly.
The overall stay was good, the staff was great. Just need to focus on cleaning the room better, cleaning pillows on the couches in the rooms. Eliminating bad smells.
Our room had a strong bad smell. I could tell that the room wasn't fully cleaned. There was a sock left from old guest right behind the door. The couch was very visually stained. We didn't sit on the couch at all. We also, re cleaned the room and sprayed lots of smell good spray.

Televisions didn't work in room during my entire stay. There was an internet issue throughout parts of the hotel. Receptionist at front desk covering that evening stated I was the 4th call with this same issue. He stated I should contact the manager Sunday the next day. On Sunday I asked for the manager and the receptionist Loraine stated that managers are not on duty until Monday. She was professional and even sent Brittany the head house keeper to check the ports on TV. She also confirmed that the TV was out of order with an error message regarding the internet connection. Paying over $170 for 1 night wit out having a working TV is unacceptable.
Clean hotel, friendly staff, safe location and easy to get to. Also pretty close to some restaurants.
The only issue was the TV didn't connect to wifi, and the cable tv was super laggy. Im sure this would have been easily resolved had I mentioned it to the front desk, but it was 930 by time I had figured that out so it wasn't the biggest deal in the world to me.
Everything was good.
The 5 dollars for parking my car.
We booked 2 weeks ahead. When we got there after 3 hours of driving they said they never had our reservation
Nice setup and lobby. Bed and sheets were super comfy. Everything was clean. Standup shower was great.
Phyllis at the front desk was amazing, polite and funny… but Ryan, who worked most of my stay, was extremely rude and to be frank, lazy. When I called down to the front desk at midnight to tell them that my TV remote/TV didn’t seem to be working, I was told they wouldn’t have an engineer until two days later to come out. I then asked if I could switch my room seeing as how I had a three day stay and of course preferred tv. He was VERY rude and said that the hotel was “almost” full, and he could not switch my room. When I pointed out I would have nothing to do except sit in the dark because at this point it was night out, he responded “well you do have lights.” After a second call he agreed to bring me a remote “when he could”. Once he did (again rudely at the door like he was being put out)- it worked. Easy fix. Just couldn’t believe his tone and demeanor. Then every time I went down downstairs for anything he was extremely short with me and it was just awkward. I ended up checking out a day early, not because of the interaction, but it didn’t help.
