I have stayed at a lot of hotels in my life and this one was a 10/10 experience, best staff ever!
Pros:

The staff was incredible. We had to check out before we were getting picked up to leave and they checked my bags at the desk so I could take care of things I needed in town before coming back. They were amazing and very accommodating to my situation and did everything within their power to assist me. The room was HUGE and very clean. Breakfast had a wide range of options that were all yummy.

Cons:

The room was a little warm when we arrived and it took a bit to get it cooled down but we were on the top floor on one of the hottest days of the year so I don't think that is typical.

Mattress was first class .. very very comfortable... above average.

Best location and hotel for Butler and will definitely come here again.

Disappointing stay

The size of the room was comfortable

Cons:

The communication with the staff was inconsistent and not accurate. I had called the hotel directly 2 different times before the trip to confirm that the room with 2 queen beds had a walk in shower (no tub). When we arrived, the desk agent told us that was wrong and only king rooms had showers. The front desk staff is poorly trained and blamed their lack of knowledge on a new system from Marriott. The hotel also does not have parking on property and requires you to use a garage in town. Finally, I was double charged for a security deposit (which was not even told to me) and although the charge came off my credit card, the cavalier attitude of the staff was not what I expect from a Marriott property.
