Needs Upgrade
Pros:

I like the friendliness and professionalism displayed by Chris. He had outstanding customer service skills and very helpful. Customer service is a must, and he gets a 100%.

Cons:

The toilet and the beds were too low, especially due to my health issues. Maybe I should have made someone aware of this and could have received some assistance or accommodation. Overall, the hotel is very nice and clean. Im not sure if I will return here due to bed and toilet.

Not worth the price!
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit was so loud that it gave off a piercing sound as if it was broken or messed up, we had to turn it off and therefore the room was hot.

Great staff, great location,.great price for a comfortable room and amenities!
Pros:

First of all the staff was beyond outstanding. Even with a line full of peoole they were friendly, acknowledging everyone who entered, calm, and helpful. Every encounter from check in to checking out was beyond my expectations and I rarely see this level of customer service anywhere anymore.

Cons:

We were very unhappy with the $50 incidental fee. We were not told about this fee before checking in. The staff would not give me a receipt showing this fee when we checked out. If this fee is standard for all Marriot hotels we probably will not stay with Marriot again.

Cons:

There was a large roach next to the nightstand and when I went to pick it up it was still alive. Told the front desk, room needed to be sprayed for bugs before we left. Towel bar was loose and toilet seat would not stay up for a man. Also reported this .
