I liked the clean room, comfortable bed, and intelligently designed shower.
But overall, a "meh" property - was honestly expecting a little more based on the reviews on this site. Nothing wrong, per se, but nothing remarkable, either. The lobby area is well equipped, but the experience of visiting it is ruined by the cacaphonous drone produced by no less than 3 video monitors playing different stations at max volume. Not sure what the intended effect is, other than irritation.
Very basic - no bacon! Not to an English persons taste
It was a good location and the staff were friendly. Room was comfortable
The shower was very slippery and had a glass wall for the closure water all over the floor. The bathroom counter is a little small.

Breakfast was not good though. Biscuits /egg muffins were still frozen and tasted bad. Rather had scrambled eggs and bacon on the side.

I love walking into a hotel room and feel that it smells clean. This room did. Everything was clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, great amenities. Loved the location, very peaceful but around the corner from restaurants and shops so you didn't have to drive for miles to pick up something to eat. The breakfast was great, the staff friendly. We liked it so much we stayed again on our return trip!
Loved the efficiency room, supplied with dishes, dish washer and comfy bed. The food was ok for breakfast and there was a good variety. Most staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wij hadden wel een avond stroomstoring ..dus dat was onhandig.
Toen het langer ging duren hebben ze bij de buren een kamer voor 1 nacht voor ons geregeld, dus top opgelost

Breakfast needs help. Eggs and bacon are minimum for an American breakfast.
Le parking est gratuit. Le personnel est sympa. La localisation, bien que pas au centre-ville, est centrale pour visiter Charleston et aux alentours (plantations, plages). Le petit-déjeuner avec quelques petites choses différentes chaque jour.
