Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it tremendously
Pros:

Cleanliness, location, breakfast was great and staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Air conditioning units in bedroom and living were a bit noisy once cuts on.

Cons:

I booked through Booking.com. Apparently they made a mistake and we had 2 queen beds instead of a king, which we had reserved. I was unable to have that changed with your staff and whoever handles your customer service on the telephone. I feel that could have been easily corrected. I travel a lot and almost always am able to resolve what I felt was a resolvable situation. But not with your staff, for whatever reason. That started our visit on quite a sour note. We were very disappointed and disenchanted.

Great base camp to explore Charleston and Sullivan's Island
Pros:

It is very clean and quite comfortable. The rooms appear to be well soundproofed. Having laundry facilities was very handy.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better, but fresh fruit was a plus!

The front desk and staff were very cooperative in helping to make our stay pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

We liked the layout of the room, especially the sofa with ottoman and lounge chair with ottoman. We also liked the placement of the TV because it was not on a wall opposite either room adjacent to us and was on an adjustable wall stand. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we liked the overall layout. The front desk was responsive to our one complaint concerning the room.

Cons:

The one thing we did not like is the presence of roaches in our initial checked in room on the second floor. At first we saw just two tiny ones in the kitchenette area. We called the front desk and were told the room would be sprayed in the morning. Within an hour we started seeing more of the same in the kitchenette area (tiny and big ones), and bathroom (tiny ones). We called the front desk and requested another room because we were seeing too many and this was with the lights on! They gave us another room on the first floor that was available (we had requested not to be on the first floor when we booked our room but this was all they could offer so we moved to that room at 2:00 a.m.). The next morning the front desk called to inform us they had a room for us on the third floor and we moved to that room where we stayed for the duration of our stay. In summary, our dislikes were two moves and the bugs.

Pleasant for a short stay.
Pros:

Location was great. Good sized rooms. Breakfast was pretty good, for free. Free parking id always appreciated. Gym is basic but has enough for a small workout.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit noisy, stayed 2 nights and could hear people walking (or jumping, not sure) from 7pm to 3am both nights.
