Un peu plus bruyant le vendredi soir, mais ça n’a heureusement pas duré trop longtemps

Smell in the room - I had to leave my windows open for a long time each evening. The room was also very warm but the AC was very loud.
Of course, one night the fire alarm went on, as described in previous reviews - smoker in building ?

- Banheiro extremamente pequeno.
- Água do box vaza e inunda o pequeno banheiro. Como a acomodação não tem limpeza, você fica com o chão banheiro sempre molhado!)
- aquecedor fazia barulho constante (mandei email para solicitar verificação e nada foi feito)
- ar condicionado não refresca o quarto
- não ter ninguém para contatar em caso de eventual problema (ex: barulho do aquecedor).
Não recomendo! Ha outras opções com preço semelhante na mesma região.

Absence de personnel pour explication et obligation d appeler le serveur mais pas passivité de parler en français anglais obligatoire . Le lieu proche de la gare . Personne bruyante a m extérieur l odeur de canabis et les bandes de dealeurs autour. Absence de capsule pour la machine à café et produits douche léger . Cependant pour un travailleur cela peut être un très bon compromis pour être proche de la gare .

The room is quite warm, and we always need to open the window; no AC (I think it's also a ventilation systems issue). Since we are mostly in the room at night, we barely notice the noise from the train station (our window faces the inner yard and the train station; nice view of the hill at night, though). The tower fan does help, but the window still needs to remain open. We stayed in the last week of April; I can't imagine what it's like in the summer.
We didn't use the provided, complicated coffee machine. Maybe it's better to replace this machine with a more practical one that uses cups. The 'fancy' sink in the bathroom is a bit awkward and causes water to splash everywhere. Beds are okay but not as comfortable as those of typical 3-stars hotels. The pillow is thin and didn't provide good support. Related to the warm room, maybe you could provide summer blanket instead of the thick one once winter is over.
No staff on the premise apart from the cleaner. The online staff are very responsive during the office hours, though, so make sure to arrange/ask what you need to know in advance. We knew about this from other reviews so we don't have any issues about the stay itself.
We are aware that the pool and spa are managed by a separate company with extra charge. However, I think it is kind of false advertisement to mention it as a part of the facility. You can't just come and use it, but you need to book a time. I tried coming in person to make an appointment but no one is at the counter. I know they are open since there are clients coming in and out, but just no staff at their reception. Calling is hopeless, as no one answer. I doubt e-mailing will be successful, as we are only staying for a couple of days. Maybe if you arrange it way in advance then you can book something.

Arnaque! Contrairement a ce qui est note il ny a pas de parking ! (Celui, privé, a côté de l'hôtel est très petit et complet). Le spa et la piscine sont indépendants de l'hôtel. Le spa fermé et la piscine réserve aux cours!

La porte de la salle de bain, en verre translucide et non verrouillable ne permettait pas vraiment d'intimité, la couette était trop petite pour ce lit grande taille. Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de personnel sur place à la réception. La chambre donnant côté gare, on entendait les trains, mais heureusement il n'y en avait pas beaucoup la nuit.

Doesn't match fotos. I don't believe the apartment is 17sq.m as was stated.
It’s extremely small. It's only for a single. For two - no way. There is a closed door to a nearby room, so there is a feeling that the host just decided to make a quick buck on renting out the hallway.

And also weird enquiries to check and make photos of everything that is broken/not working.
And with every check-out mention or reminder - do not be late, or you will be charged a FINE! Though, the check-out is early, at 10. In total, 5! hours till the next visit to clean up 10sq.m. Everyone knows the check out rules but all could happen, no reason to remind that the guest will be charged, fined, punished, abandoned.

1. There isn’t even space for a small bedside table (even though one is shown in the photos).

2. Facilities were lacking - No coffee, no plates or cutlery beside glasses, no sockets near the bed, and the bed itself is very small.
There is a coffee machine, which looks nice — an espresso one — but no coffee or tea provided. So what are guests supposed to do, go out immediately after arrival to buy a full pack of coffee and tea?
The bed was described as a “twin bed,” but normally you expect two single beds. Instead, it’s just a regular single bed — not only small, but also uncomfortable.

3. Location is average.
It’s right next to the train station, which means there are often some questionable people around, the one can always meet late at night.

Overall: the apartment is too small for a longer stay, and for a short stay the kitchen feels pointless — especially with no coffee or tea provided. So basically all you pay for is a terrace.
