7 places de parking pour un hôtel avec des centaines de chambres, du coup, pas de place de libre.
Avec la canicule, notre chambre sous les toits était un four. Il y avait bien un panneau de commande pour la climatisation, mais qui ne fonctionnait pas. On nous a dit ensuite que notre chambre n'était pas climatisée... L'hôtel a mis a disposition un petit ventilateur mais c'était insuffisant. Une bouteille d'eau fraîche dans le frigo aurait été la bienvenue, mais non.
Cerise sur le gâteau, les travaux nocturnes dans la gare juste en dessous de la fenêtre. Bilan 2 nuits sans sommeil.

We would have liked to be able to arrange an earlier check in but got a standard reply of NO. The air-conditioner did not work and there was no instruction on how to use it. It was very hot and needed the air-conditioner. The hair dryer was not strong enough and overheats very quickly so if you have long hair or need to do a proper blowdry, take your own. The room was like it looked in the pictures, but it did look bigger and more spacious in the pictures than it actually was. the linen was fine, but there were only 2 soft pillows and duvet not big enough for the size of bed.

No A/C, unfortunately the provided ventilator was pretty loud and squeaking. The mattress was not very comfy, as well as the pillows. Cons of being so close to the train station, if you have to sleep with the window open as we had to due to the heat, you'll hear all the trains.. Earplugs are a must

Abfluss im Bad lief nicht ab. Keine Antwort auf meine email. Klima Anlage kühlte nicht. Guter Kaffee aber messy das Pulver zu entfernen ohne Waschbecken.

Es gab kein Personal zu finden. Ich habe am Samstag Abend angerufen, niemand hat nie geantwortet oder zurück angerufen, obwohl es geschrieben ist diese Nummer für Notfall anzurufen. Ich wollte fragen, wie können wir den Wellness Bereich eintreten, da unser Password für das Zimmer nicht funktionierte. Jemand von zentraler Nummer( nicht die Nummer die überall geschrieben war) hat geantwortet : eine privates Unternehmen ist zuständig für Wellness Bereich und sie konnte nur die Telefonnummer geben. Niemand hat natürlich auch auf diese Nummer nicht geantwortet. Meine Frage ist :wieso ist Wellnes und Schwimmbad zu den Highlights vom Hotel erwähnt und dann ist dieser Bereich gesperrt? Wir haben keine Hilfe oder Unterstützung diesbezüglich erhalten. Es ist Schade und scheint wie ein Betrug. Bitte vom Booking das Wellness entfernen von den Services die zur Verfügung stehen. Auch im Zimmer im Merkblatt für das Hotell war nichts über Wellness erwänht. Dass es kein Personal gab macht den ganzen Aufenthalt unpersönlich. Überall gab es Passwords einzugeben. Ein alter Mann war im Sofa sitzend als wir draussen am Abend ging und dann 2-3 Stunden später immer noch da, war schlafend auf dem Sofa. Niemand hat sich mit ihm beschäftigt, ob es ihm gut geht. Oder doch aber wer wusste? Ich meine nur es geht nicht, dass niemand da anwesend ist.

Ar condicionado não funcionava (com temperaturas altas em Julho torna-se dificil), cheiro a tabaco no quarto, manchas no chao (apesar do chao estar limpo).

Too hot. Its hotter then outside. Aircondition is meaningless.
