Houve um problema com minha reserva. Inicialmente tentei fazer pelo
booking, mas como demorou pra confirmar liguei diretamente no balcão e fiz a reserva. Expliquei ao atendente na hora do check inn. No checkout fiz o pagamento na recepção. Mas conferindo as despesas do final de semana, observei que foram cobradas duas (2) diárias. Tentei resolver várias vezes por telefone, e-mail mas os atendentes não resolveram. Pedi para falar com o gerente, sempre ocupado, não atendeu e não deu retorno
