Pros:

We love how amazing the rooms are, so clean and fresh. Daily room services are the best! Nice and close to everything too, and the staff are super helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Good family rooms and convenient spot.

Cons:

It would be handy to have three keys when staying in a two bedroom suite. We were only able to keep power to one room when someone left as they needed a key. The main bedroom smelt like bad Bo.

Pros:

Room was lovely, well set out, very comfortable. Very clean and modern, with everything you could need. Despite being near the elevator, the room was quiet. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Nothing particularly about this hotel, but why don't TVs in hotel room have a 'Sleep' function?

Clean, spacious and apartments were well equipped. Overall a great experience.
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay at Quest Apartments and were impressed with the quality of the accommodation. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was excellent and fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay much easier and more convenient. A standout feature for us was the bathroom, which had an accessible shower that worked very well for my mum, who uses a walker. Having that level of accessibility made a big difference and helped her feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay again.

It was a comfortable business trip
Pros:

The room was clean and quiet and the location felt safe.

Cons:

The location meant I was not near to cafes ( all closed by 2pm) or restaurants for after hours.

Good stay
Pros:

Did not have breakfast there.

Cons:

Liked the place but will not use Booking.com again. We had to depart early, and I asked at the venue if there was a rebate of voucher that I could ask for they said they could not do a refund as I had booked through booking.com. Booking.com have some fancy email address using your booking code which I tried repeatedly with no success. The company I work for also use booking.com and when I told them of my experience they said they will notuse them again. Trivago looks like they have scored a $200,000+ travel account.
