Great hôtel , Great staff. Especially Fatine , . Thank you all for the wonderfull expérience , top notch hotel , Great sélection of breakfast and close to a main street and services .

We spent 3 nights at TzL Suites and were very pleased with our experience. Our 1-bedroom suite was spacious and cleaned daily to a high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout blinds ensured we slept well. The shower was excellent, and toiletries were provided, which was a nice touch.
The kitchenette was helpful for light meals, although it was minimally stocked with cutlery, crockery, and utensils. Filtered water was available via a special tap, which we really appreciated. The Wi-Fi worked just about well enough for browsing, and Netflix streamed pretty much okay (with some glitching but it was watchable).
Breakfast was a Turkish-style buffet with good hours and adequate fresh options. The location is convenient, with local supermarkets nearby, though there was some traffic noise from outside. We’re used to main road sounds, so it didn’t bother us much.
What really stood out was the staff – they spoke excellent English, were polite and friendly, and went out of their way to help us, including arranging a late check-out.
Overall, TzL Suites offers comfort, cleanliness, and great service. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting this part of Istanbul.

The hotel’s room, facilities, and service were all amazing. The staff was great and very tentative for our needs and inquiries.
Fatin (Guest Relations Agent) was exceptionally amazing with her support and availability for whatever issue we had in Istanbul. She elevated our whole experience.
The rest of the staff was great too. Did not face any inconvenience during my stay.

Had a terrible experience there, very high construction noise, curtains are terrible so rooms are full of light at 6am. Painting’s glass exploded because of the construction vibration and the hotel charged me 840TL because they believe we somehow broke it, which shows how cheap and they are, you pay 1000 euros and the hotel is too cheap to pay 840TL to fix their own mistake, I was told that “the supervisor doesn’t believe you”. The hotel is on top of a hill so it’s not wise to go there if you have kids or if you’re accompanying old people.

Öncelikle çalışanların ilgisi resepsiyon personeli nden bell boyuna müthiş.Otelin lokasyonu merkezi ve kapalı otopark imkanı olması ayrıca bir artı.Kahvaltısı lezzetli.Genel anlamda çok beğendik, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Hotel is in Nisantasi, this area has narrow streets and very busy. But hotel is in quite place. It is close to Nisantasi main famous/shopping street, it is approximately 8-10 minutes by walking. Hotel is nearly new and has free car parking, rooms are clean. Sales Manager Merve she is very helpful and looking after customer satisfaction. Thanks to her. We will come back.

This place is great! Location is fantastic - a block from shops and restaurants. The room was VERY impressive - a suite w/lots of room, the bed was perfect, everything sparkling clean, and the whole team super. My only complaint would be the lack of a coffee maker (espresso and Amercano) in the room - had to order with room service. I paid for breakfast but did not use it......... so can't comment on that. This is where I'll stay always in Istanbul.

It is in good neighborhood , suites are clean and staff are helpful , i have stayed few times and i will choose it again .

Great hotel and close to many hospitals and businesses

This is a good hotel to stay specially for longer period as most rooms are like apartments with kitchens and laundry room etc. there is no pool which is needed in the summer months. The big problem is checking and check out because their credit card system is not the same as the U.S.A and they required a pin which we don’t have so it took them about an hour to figure out how to pay and also they take a deposit and they have to physically check the room upon departure to give you your deposit back which delays the checkout process. Also it’s very far with traffic from all the tourist sites but it is in a good upscale residential area.think of it as an upscale AirBnb with a restaurant.

This is an ideal hotel to stay in if you are traveling to Instanbul for surgery. The hospital was just across the road. It was so peaceful night and day and within easy reach of the classier restaurants and shopping centres in Instanbul.
Every single staff member was polite and helpful.
Fatine was like a friend to us throught our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and despite us asking her a million questions every time we saw her, she was always smiling and went above and beyond to look after us.
She is a credit to your hotel!

Felt like home! Very impressed.

This the most worst hotel ever first they always do mistakes in account . I paid 400 usd they return wrong money and the claim it . The room without soap and if you asked a thing its up for the recipient if will do or not. I don't recommend any one to go there

The rooms were large and nicely furnished. Very comfortable couches and beds. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful with local information.
