Room was dingy, cramped. Air conditioning wasnt working efficiently so the room was cold. TV sound wasnt working.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and a great location in Bairnsdale!
Pros:

Very friendly staff , super clean rooms, great parking space and the location is superb!

Cons:

The bathroom is small but sufficient. The wash basin/sink is really small. There is no way you can even shave at the basin/sink without having water splash all over the floor.

Ok, but could have been better.
Pros:

Location and in house restaurant

Cons:

We’ve been regular guests for a couple of years but feel that standards have slipped since our last visit 3months ago. The staff are not quite as friendly and welcoming and the restaurant meals were average for the cost.
