Pros:

Pros:

The staff were very nice

Cons:

The room was very clean but claustrophobic. Small windows up at the ceiling. Okay for 1 night but not any longer for me. The other room had a larger window but still not at an ideal height.

Pros:

Location was good central to everything

Cons:

The beds are very hard and uncomfortable, the rooms are very small couldn't fit our suit cases in anywhere and no wardrobe for the clothes to go in wasted to much space making a big bathroom

surprisingly good we will stay there again.
Pros:

dinner was excellent with food of a very high standard with service outstanding. we requested quiet rooms at back of hotel, this was done with no issues.. Rooms are small but modern and very clean.

Cons:

no complaints.

Good location, stylish decor, attentive & knowlegdable staff
Pros:

Friendly staff accomodating an early check in

Cons:

We did have a bit of a funky smell in our room possibly a water leak from the roof in the bathroom but overall a really nice room and well appointed

Don't waste your money
Pros:

Restaurant food was not bad. Burger and meatballs a little dry.

Cons:

1st room smelt like a mouldy wet dog. Moved to 2nd room which had very high windows, internal-type room. Dirty. Dust on every surface. Shower needs a good scrub. Taps not cleaned. Both bedside tables had sticky drink rings - not cleaned. Mirror behind door was very dusty and smudgy. Even the lift was dirty - handprints on every surface and tiles not mopped. A power outage for the whole town on a hot night and I know of people who left as their rooms were too hot. No opening windows. Common areas locked when I went to investigate and no staff to be seen, No duty of care to guests who were left in the hotel not knowing what was going on. no staff stayed on site., no information given to guests before they all left. NEVER AGAIN!
