Séjour très agréable, établissement familiale confortable,
Pros:

Très bon emplacement près de la porte du sud, accueil chaleureux et réactif, calme et propre, chambre de bonne taille, petit déjeuner varié et bon. Géré par une famille. Leur restaurant « Sultan » à une belle terrasse.

Superbe hébergement à Khiva
Pros:

Les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien équipées. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, le personnel sympathique et anglophone.

Cons:

Il faudrait isoler davantage la porte de la chambre, qui laisse passer du jour et donc un peu de bruit venant de l’espace de petit-déjeuner.

Buona posizione nella cittadella, vicino ai principali monumenti. Stanza sufficientemente spaziosa e luminosa.

Cons:

Colazione non molto varia né abbondante. Tende sporche e copriletto tappezzato. Sciacquone con scarso getto d'acqua. Il ragazzo alla reception al nostro arrivo è stato molto carino e disponibile, ma purtroppo non lo stesso per il suo collega. Al momento del checkout, dovendo partire al mattino molto presto, scendendo nella hall ci siamo accorti di essere letteralmente blindati dentro, con tanto di maxi - lucchetto alla porta d'ingresso. Per poter uscire, siamo dovuti andare a svegliare i gestori, all' arrivo del nostro taxi, che erano visibilmente scocciati. Alla faccia delle norme sulla sicurezza!

A great hotel in the historic center of Khiva
Pros:

The Shaherazada Hotel was wonderful and clean clean clean and has a helpful staff. My room was spacious and very comfortable. I loved the location inside the inner walls but a little away from the crowds. Two reviews concerned me when I booked. One said cleanliness was an issue. That was not my experience at all. To the contrary, my room and the common areas sparkled and I do not know what more could be done. The other said the walk to the hotel was dark and he seemed concerned about safety. While it was a little dark for a very short distance, there were always people around and lights from shops illuminated the walk. I found Uzbekistan to be so safe that walking a few feet in the dark is not a concern. I talked to other people who also loved the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a great value.

La personne de l'accueil a souhaité conserver notre passeport à notre arrivée. À cause de la fatigue je n'ai rien dit sur le moment mais je pense que cette pratique ne se justifie pas et que les procédures doivent être mises à jour.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr schön traditionell eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist sehr gut - in 5 Minuten erreicht man die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Ich hatte mich sehr auf die Terrasse gefreut, musste aber dann leider feststellen, dass diese nicht wie auf den Fotos ausgestattet und daher nicht nutzbar ist.
