Beautifully designed, well located and very comfortable
Pros:

Great place to stay in Khiva. It’s by the South Gate, a short walk to the walls and a short walk into the centre of the old town. Decor is lovely and the room was spacious and in very good condition. No hesitation in recommending. Useful that taxis can park and drop off/pick up right outside. Roof terrace was accessible for views, just the bar not operating.

Bel hôtel très bien situé à côté d.une des portes d'entrée. Chambres confortables et petit dej très généreux. Il y a une petite terrasse à l'entrée pour se poser

Cons:

Nous avions un autre hôtel pour le reste de notre séjour car il 'y avait plus de place ici. On aurait pu nous aider à transférer nos bagages gratuitement au prix des 3 chambres réservées
L'accueil est professionnel mais froid, à notre arrivée un verre de jus de fruits ou un thé aurait été apprécié
La dame de service au petit déjeuner pourrait être plus aimable

Hotel jest trochę zapuszczony
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na starym mieście, duży pokój, przyjazna obsługa, bardzo wygodne łóżka

Cons:

Cała podłoga w pokoju była pokryta dywanem który wyglądał jak by nie był odkurzony, łazienka była bardzo stara, sylikon w wannie był spleśniały, uchwyt na ręczniki odpadał ze ściany, śniadania były bardzo słabe (nasze najgorsze śniadanie w Uzbekistanie)

夕日スポットとしても穴場
Pros:

はじめて家族経営のホテルに泊まったけど、とても人間味があってよかった　具体的にはチェックインでも融通をきかせて、あわてて掃除を終わらせて早めに入れてくれたり、おぼつかない英語の質問にも、ていねいに答えてくれた　3階はまもなくレストランが開業する様子で（いまはライティングなど工事の途中のようだった）、夕日を見たいといったら入れてくれた　ここはヒヴァの夕日スポットとしてはかなりよいと思う

Cons:

施設に不満はないです　ただヒヴァの繁華街エリアから出て、3分くらいなんだけど、その間が真っ暗なので（ヒヴァもブハラもそうだけど街灯が全然ない）、日が沈んだら早く戻ったほうがよいと思います

Pros:

Good location just inside South Gate. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with good coffee. Staff were helpful with luggage both helping carry to our rooms and storing before departure. Also possible to get laundry done.

Cons:

Laundry was a little expensive in my opinion but the price was clear from the outset.

Great location and comfort
Pros:

Great position inside the walls of the old city. Very close to the main sights as well as plenty of places to eat and drink.
Very comfortable and quiet room with a good bathroom.
Excellent breakfast.
Friendly and helpful young man on reception, made me feel very welcome.

Good place to stay

Breakfast staff very help full . Abu who works at reception makes everything to turn your stay really confortable
