Pros:

Всё понравилось: номера, завтрак, отношение персонала-очень гостеприимно приняли. Каскад в 50 метрах от отеля. Кафе, рестораны повсюду. Обменный пункт в 5 минутах. Наша благодарность и наилучшие рекомендации!

Pros:

Завтрак соответствует уровню отеля 3* - выбор не очень широкий, но все вкусно и с душой приготовлено (особенно домашнее варенье из абрикос, сливы, айвы и белой черешни).
Отель расположен в тихом месте рядом с известным местом притяжения Каскадом (около 100м) и оперным театром (примерно 200м). В непосредственной близости к отелю находится музей Хачатуряна.
Персонал приветливый и быстро старается решить любой вопрос от гостей!

Cons:

Под отелем проходит линия метро и днем ощущается небольшая вибрация.
Но поскольку мы все дни были на экскурсиях и возвращались поздно - нас это не беспокоило (метро в Ереване прекращает работы 24.00)

If the inside bar was working, it was much better.

Единственное за что я поставила 2 балла это персонал! На этом всё . Ну месторасположение хорошее, прям в центре

Cons:

1. Это входная дверь в номер. Она просто тонкая, межкомнатная!
2. Грязь в номере!
3! Это плесень в шкафу( мы жили в 46 номере)
4. ЭТО ДИКИЙ ХОЛОД В НОМЕРЕ!
5. ЭТО ГУЛ. В начале он тихий! А ПОТОМ КАК ЗАВОЕТ. ГУЛ В НОМЕРЕ СТОЯЛ ТАКОЙ, СПАТЬ НЕВОЗМОЖНО !
6. Завтраки прям у входной двери в отель.

Very good stay for people who wants to reach all sights in Yerevan and experience the city
Pros:

Location is amazing, near to the center and downtown.
Private parking for your car.
Room is well heated in the winter.
Breakfast plates have good variety and quality.
Room size is good and bathroom has “Shattaf”.

Cons:

No Tea/coffee maker in the room, room view was on the backyard, tv screen was very small, no facilities in the hotel
