В целом все, кроме одного сотрудника, который испортил все впечатление от отеля
Сотрудник на ресепшен Карен (работал 27.06.2026). Заселясь накануне, попросили у предыдущего сотрудника оплатить на следующий день (должны были получить залог за машину). Сотрудник согласился, попросил в залог оставить паспорт. На следующий день вернулись в отель около 17:00 после утомительного хайкинга. Ресепшионист Карен, выдавая ключи, сказал, что надо оплатить немедленно, такие правила (хотя предыдущий сотрудник такого не говорил). Ок, я сказал, что схожу обменяю деньги и заплачу (российские карты к оплате не принимаются). Рассчитывал сделать это после ужина. Поднялись в номер помыться, переодеться. Через 10 минут Карен позвонил в номер по телефону и спросил, почему я не оплачиваю. Поняв, что поужинать спокойно не удастся, ответил ему, что сейчас умоюсь (первыми пустил с душ ребёнка) и схожу в обменник. Не прошло и 5 минут, как Карен постучал в дверь, потребовал оплатить немедленно и начал угрожать, что если через 5 минут мы не заплатим, он будет нас выселять.
Не стану описывать эмоции женской половины.
Подобное поведение сотрудника отеля, задача которого - помогать сделать пребывание постояльцев максимально комфортным - является хамским и в высшей степени непрофессиональным. В случае возникновения недопонимания сотрудники обязаны исходить из интересов гостей. Очевидно было, что сбегать, не заплатив, никто не собирался. А уж угрожать гостям выселением, "если не заплатите через 5 минут" - повторюсь, хамство и абсолютная профессиональная непригодность, способная испортить впечатление в целом о стране и людях..
La ubicación es excelente a 1 minuto del Cascade Complex y a 20 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son cómodas, tienen todo lo básico. El desayuno aunque no es exuberante, está bien. Necesitábamos planchar unos vestidos y nos ofrecieron una sala para planchar. También tuvimos que guardar unas maletas para recogerlas más tarde, ya que teníamos el vuelo por la noche, y nos las guardaron en una sala bajo llave. Recomendaría el hotel, sin duda.
Las duchas no tenían mampara completa, por lo que el agua se salía y el suelo del baño se queda mojado.
Очень удачное расположение, в центре, но в тихом дворе. Метро действительно слышно, но нам не мешало. Очень любезный персонал. Уютный балкончик.
Странная конфигурация номера люкс: типа гостиная и спальня, по факту в прихожей стоит раскладной диван, двери между комнатами нет. Отсутствует какая либо шторка/дверь в душе, соответственно пол в туалете постоянно мокрый. Гигиенический душ неисправен. Завтраки ну очень простые.

Я не первый раз останавливаюсь в данном отеле, Для меня он удобно расположен. Своей категории он полностью соответствует.
Удобный комфортный номер с необходимым минимумом. Очень приятный и доброжелательный персонал. Хороший сытный завтрак.
Из минусов- шум от метро, но не критично.
Впечатление от проживания положительное.
It’s right around the corner from Cascade and a walking street packed with great restaurants, but still totally quiet at night so you get a great sleep. The bed was super comfy and the room had everything we needed.
Huge bonus that we could park the car safely on-site instead of leaving it on the street. Honestly though, you don’t even need a car staying here since it’s so central and you can just walk everywhere. Would definitely stay again!
