Ramada Encore by Wyndham Al Khobar Olaya

Nice hotel in a nice location where everything is within reach. Hotel is clean with friendly staff although the receptionist was not fully aware with the rules of accommodation regarding foreigners and needed to call somebody to make sure that a man and a lady can accommodate the same room without the need to request a proof of marriage.

The parking for the cars is not accessible & also not sufficient!

Breakfast needs to improve drastically

It was a room only without any kind of clean or comfy. Thre bathroom was rusty and dirty. No working TV and no space to set after the bed.

Pleasant stay. proximity to Mall of Dhahran.

Asked for and was placed on a non smoking floor.
Clean room. Fridge not very cool. TV offerings abysmal.
However GOOD WIFI!
Brewed coffee at breakfast. Toaster and sliced bread available. Buffet did have one egg dish so as a westerner I could get by. Business clientele are not always countrymen. It will be nice to see better offerings geared to travelers from outside the KSA on buffet as well as FOX NEWS at least. It is available in KSA along with France 24. Hotels seem to be vacuums for news here. Many travelers want CURRENT and WORLD NEWS offered to us.
I like Ramada Encore enough tohave booked them 4 times this year

Highly Restricted Internet by the Hotel couldn't even get emails...

We had a great stay for good price. The staff were helpful and respond to our requests quickly

HOTEL NAME BOARD ( RAMADA ENCORE) ON THE BUILDING NOT PROMINENT. FEW LIGHTS DONT GLOW ON NAME BOARD.

Late night check in went smoothly.
Room clean.
Real brewed coffee for breakfast buffet
No USB ports in rooms. Bring your adaptors.
Luggage stored if needed.

Internet does not work on the second floor.
Basement parking was full when I stayed there so I had to park in the street quite a distance away. Reception staff not interested to help with this problem.
So all in all the price for the room and what one gets (see above) is not really good value for money.
Breakfast was not bad.

By far the worst service I've ever seen in any hotel in any country. You have to beg very hard to get your room cleaned

Nice new hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfort, good option.

This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in .
Here are the issues:

1. Th bathroom have several safety related issues :
When taking shower, the water flows on the floor till it spreads in the whole bathroom area ( photos taken for evidence ) . I informed the same to the hotel team and mentioned that I could slip on floor , but no one even bothered to follow up.

2. The flushing hand has sharp edges that caused me wounds on skin and bleed ( photos are available for evidence ). I informed the same to the hotel but no one even bother to give single call back to clarify.

3. The towels are very old and some are snatched with holes.

4. The reception team lacks communication skills and handling of clients.

5. Noise was coming form the piping whole night .I reported the same and they promised to send the maintenance team but nothing was done.

6. The room service extension is not picked when I phone several times.

five star experience can be experienced at a reasonable price 😀

Great value for the amount paid.
- Clean, ample room with adequate lighting.
- Standard room layout
- Attentive and friendly staff.
- Good bathroom amenities including dental and vanity kits.
- Although small, basement parking is a plus.

Great hotel shame the Resturant and room service finish at 8pm far too early. But everything else is superb
