4. Prepayment policies may differ according to the selected preferences. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the policy of your preferred room and payment conditions. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment.
5. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
6. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
7. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
8. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.
9. Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and only allowed in designated outdoor spaces.

Great location and good customer service. Room was a good size and well equipped

Cons:

Noisy, first night was unbearable. I’m not the first to say but sadly paper thin walls make it vulnerable to a disturbed night as I experienced.

Ruime kamer. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Prima ontbijt (misschien iets meer broodsoorten). Dicht bij het centrum 12 min lopen).

Cons:

Douchestraal beperkt. Geen koffiemachine op de kamer. Geen koelkast op de kamer. Slappe kussens maar dat is persoonlijk. Jammer dat het personeel geen Nederlands spreekt.

Wonderful! Wish I could stay longer.
Pros:

Everything! Loved the room, the view, the cafe with work spaces on the ground floor and the breakfast. They also have a gym, but I was too lazy to go.

Mooie lokatie met goede faciliteiten
Pros:

Super goede locatie in Maastricht, mooie kamer en faciliteiten (gym klein maar netjes), uitbreid ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De kamer was heel gehorig. Wanneer er mensen op de gang spraken met elkaar of de tv op een kamer naast je aan stond kon je dit letterlijk horen. In de nacht meerdere malen wakker geschrokken door geluid buiten de kamer, wat heel dichtbij leek.
