Nonrefundable bookings will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment.
5. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
6. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
7. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
8. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.
9. Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and only allowed in designated outdoor spaces.

Pros:

Top locatie, strakke en nette kamers. Alles is zelf te regelen je hebt niet veel het personeel nodig.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Check-in sehr einfach.
Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man ist nach kurzem Spaziergang in der Innenstadt, erreicht aber auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B. den Frontenpark sehr schnell.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war lecker und hatte eine gute Auswahl. Brotliebhaber müssen allerdings ein paar Abstriche machen.

Interior architecture, design, breakfast, staff, ping pong table, games, size of the room, confortable bed.

Cons:

Too bad the bathroom/toilet door is facing the bed, and could have been bigger compared to the size of the room. the TV is a bit too much in the corner.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgesprochen gut.
Das Personal super freundlich und mein gebuchtes Zimmer funktional und sauber.
Sehr gutes Frühstück mit ausreichender Auswahl für jeden Geschmack.

Cons:

Trotz Zimmerlage im 9. Stock sehr hellhörig für Aussengeräusche.

I must say the staff was absolutely lovely and helpful. Good breakfast. The rooms were big and spacious. Location was amazing. I would definitely comeback.

We stayed for 2 weeks with my team. Overall the experience was good, I think there's room for improvement in some areas:
-The hotel has a very young vibe and I totally understand the concept, yet I think the rooms need to have better pillows and towels.
-The daily cleaning of the rooms wasn't the best, the bed was barely made everyday, I had to leave the glasses I used next to the door with the towels to get them changed, the trash cans of the bathroom were not emptied everyday.
-The gym was well equipped but needs a bit of love and cleaning.

Pros:

Mooie grote en vernieuwende locatie voor een gemengd publiek. Op loopafstand van de binnenstad.

Cons:

De lift is trager dan traplopen tijdens de rush hours op de rooftop (8e). 😅
