4. Prepayment policies may differ according to the selected preferences. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the policy of your preferred room and payment conditions. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment.
5. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
6. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
7. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
8. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.
9. Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and only allowed in designated outdoor spaces.

Uitstekend hotel – vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

We bezoeken Maastricht wel 's vaker in het jaar. Dit is eigenlijk inmiddels ons standaardhotel geworden. Het is net even buiten het centrum, maar dat is te voet makkelijk bereikbaar. Met de auto zeer goed bereikbaar. Parkeergelegenheid is ruim en goed. Het personeel is eigenlijk altijd zeer vriendelijk, in voor een praatje en heel behulpzaam.

Another great experience at The Social Hub, with thoughtful upgrades that made our stay even better.
Pros:

We have stayed at The Social Hub several times and continue to have a great experience. Check-in and check-out are always quick and easy, and the staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
On this visit, we were fortunate to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was spotless, very comfortable, and a noticeable upgrade from the previous rooms. We also appreciated the complimentary water, coffee, and tea provided in the room, as well as the drinks voucher for the bar downstairs.
One of my favorite features was the new bathroom design—the updated color scheme gave it a fresh, clean, and modern feel. We're excited to see the remaining room renovations completed and look forward to experiencing the upgrades on future stays.

Absoluut top.
Pros:

Hotel is netjes, sfeer voelt goed en vriendelijk personeel. Kamer was prima, Bluetooth speaker is top en het bed ligt heerlijk.

Cons:

Er is niets wat ik niet fijn vind.

Uitstekende locatie met zeer vriendelijk personeel en een prima prijs/kwaliteits verhouding.
Pros:

Naast de Muziekgieterij waar het festival was met super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel!

Cons:

De wachttijd bij de enige lift in het gebouw als het druk is en deze lift wordt ook gebruikt om naar de Bold rooftopbar te gaan.

Pros:

Nutzung Tischtennisplatte & Lage neben Möbelhaus (für die Frauen wichtig :-)) Frühstücksbüffet sehr gut.

Cons:

Sichtbarkeit des Hotel, insbesondere bei Anreise mit PKW -> keine Beschilderung oder Hinweis in den Unterlagen. Das dürfte besser sein :-)
