Room was large, comfortable and clean. Found food options expensive so did not eat there.

Hands down the best hotel we stayed at in Ireland!

Perfect downtown location, spotless modern rooms, and a sweet little balcony. Great size, amazing shower pressure, and the friendliest staff.

Pro tip: pre-book the breakfast—it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend this place!

Good location but not the most comfortable
Pros:

While in a great location, it felt like trendy decor was prioritized over more meaningful renovations. The restaurant and bar were beautiful, but flies frequented the "clean" glassware. While we loved Galway, this hotel wasn't the most comfortable stay.

Lovely hotel in good location for walking to sights. Clean,comfy bed, Nespresso coffee machine in room. Deluxe double room was large and had A/C which we didn’t need. (saw a regular double and it looked very small). Nice toiletries. Shower was a combo with bath tub and a deep step in. Large screen TV with what seemed to be satellite TV. Folks in reception very nice and helpful. Very close to train station. Nice hotel.
