Great stay very friendly
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff towards my dogs. The treats sitting around for my dogs. Seeing other guests day get better when seeing our dogs. One guest told us she was having a bad day and came over and visited our dogs. You could see her face light up.

great family stay, made to order omelettes are always a hit
Pros:

the breakfast and managers reception in the bar each afternoon is why we return to embassy suites as a family of four. The rooms are a good size and the breakfast and canapes top it off.

Cons:

Considering Boulder is relatively close to the ski fields a hot tub/jacuzzi would really enhance this hotel as the outdoor pool isn't usable in winter.

Pros:

Loved the gym and outdoor pool, room was very clean and cleaners were excellent, loved the balcony

Cons:

Chairs in breakfast area are very worn. Loved gym and outdoor pool but find it extraordinary that there is no shower to use before and after getting into the pool which is not hygienic and should not be a big expense for such a large hotel

When customer service exceeds expectations!
Pros:

I had an excellent experience with Ryan who is at the front desk. He is extremely knowledgable, patient and kind and gives a superior first impression of the hotel. I had a cancelation and Ryan expertly took care of it in the most positive and helpful way. I look forward to a stay at the hotel soon!

Pros:

When we arrived to the hotel, we were informed that the third party booking site we used to plan our trip didn't actually make our hotel reservation! Despite the hotel not having us in the system, the manager Nick went above and beyond to help us resolve the matter. He was very helpful and understanding and even got us an upgraded suite, even though the problem wasn't the hotel's fault. We had a great experience except for that hiccup and would recommend the Embassy Suites in Boulder.

Amazing spot for business and family travel
Pros:

Great room with Mountain View!! Nothing like seeing The Flatirons first thing in the morning. The best part was the bar. Obviously a hub for travelers. Tabby and Owen set the bar and made my time here very welcoming and wonderful. Definitely want to be back soon!!
