Great stay very friendly
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff towards my dogs. The treats sitting around for my dogs. Seeing other guests day get better when seeing our dogs. One guest told us she was having a bad day and came over and visited our dogs. You could see her face light up.

great family stay, made to order omelettes are always a hit
Pros:

the breakfast and managers reception in the bar each afternoon is why we return to embassy suites as a family of four. The rooms are a good size and the breakfast and canapes top it off.

Cons:

Considering Boulder is relatively close to the ski fields a hot tub/jacuzzi would really enhance this hotel as the outdoor pool isn't usable in winter.

Loved the gym and outdoor pool, room was very clean and cleaners were excellent, loved the balcony

Cons:

Chairs in breakfast area are very worn. Loved gym and outdoor pool but find it extraordinary that there is no shower to use before and after getting into the pool which is not hygienic and should not be a big expense for such a large hotel
