We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay. The facilities are excellent and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The pool is stunning and perfect for relaxing, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
What really impressed us was the attention to detail – the rooms are cleaned daily, which was much appreciated. The breakfast each morning was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from.
The staff deserves special mention. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs throughout our entire stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they made us feel very welcome.
All in all, this is a fantastic property with top-notch service. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway.

We had a beautiful stay at Una Vida, it's honestly a little bit of paradise in Tulum. We stayed in the tropical room with the plunge pool and it was amazing. The pool was great for cooling off after a day out and it was so nice to have some private space. The hotel pool area is gorgeous and the drinks and food were great and reasonably priced for the convenience. We had the breakfast included and I would definitely recommend it. We spent an afternoon at the Hotel Bardo pool as well, it's a slightly edgier vibe and also great. I wish we'd had more time to try out the yoga classes.
We also hired bikes at the front desk which was super convenient and cycled out to Tulum Ruins.
Very minor but there wasn't always someone at reception and we had to message the team and wait a couple times. This didn't really impact our stay much.
The room could also do with a normal height chair, the beds are very high up and the chairs very low down!
Really cool boutique hotel design in a jungle setting. Nicely decorated and comfortable room with private plunge pool. Great layout and pool area. Food was high standard.
The hotel is a bit remote, requiring a not so nice walk in to town. Inflated prices when booking taxis through the hotel.

La experiencia fue espectacular de principio a fin. El staff es realmente muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hace toda la diferencia. Enrique fue increíble, siempre pendiente y ayudando sin descanso.
Al estar en plena naturaleza, es importante venir preparado para eso, pero justamente ahí está el encanto del lugar.
El hotel Una Vida es la prueba de que son las personas quienes hacen que un sitio y la experiencia sean realmente especiales. ¡Lo recomiendo muchísimo!

Il fait partie d’un groupe qui a les hôtels Bardo - juste à côté . On peut profiter de leur espace
Et hôtel Milan où nous avons très très bien dîné
