Pros:

I left a bag with expensive items im my room! The next day, I called the hotel and asked them if they found it. House keeping was closed at the time I called and asked me to call the next morning. As they asked, i called and they immediately told me they have it and would leave it for me! I got my bag! Thank you!

Great room on beautiful IU campus!
Pros:

Room was very clean and very modern. The building and grounds are beautiful! The air conditioning did not seem to work as it stayed at 71 the entire time even though we had turned it down lower. Otherwise great stay and would definitely stay again!
