Want to stay somewhere nice in Derby This is the place to go
Pros:

Wow!
What a beautiful hotel, very very clean and the staff were were so friendly and helpful.
Anybody going to Derby I would recommend this hotel, really one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at.
A big THANK YOU Russell, as I said to you this morning, you must be proud of your staff, hope to see you in the future.

The was stains all down the inside of the bathroom door. The duvet cover was ripped in places. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Brilliant stay
Pros:

The property was clean and up to date. The hallway had wallpaper coming off the walls but it doesn’t look fact your stay.
Food is a must, breakfast was brilliant.
