Our room and all the beautiful common areas of the hotel were immaculate. Every member of the staff we interacted with during our 5 night stay was kind, welcoming, professional and extremely helpful.

1. What sounded like construction and banging throughout each night of stay either from roof or adjacent property. CB7 staff did not seem willing to track down the root source.
2. A dedicated area on rooftop (which is amazing) for simply relaxing and conversing with a cocktail. They have it 99% dedicated to dining.
Centrally located within SMA. Easy walk to all the sites. Beautifully decorated and maintained property. Staff at the concierge are very attentive, arranging out transport to and from Leon. They also gave us restaurant recommendations.
Breakfast could have been better - often times a long wait for food (even things like a fruit platter that don't require cooking).

The double tumbler door locks were a bit of a nuisance. An updated electronic door lock might be an improvement.

Casa Blanca 7 is in the perfect location - center of town, easy to walk to shops, sights and restaurants. Staff was great - very helpful. Room was done well - everything you could want in a room. The only thing i would add would be a pillow menu as i prefer a softer pillow.Would highly recommend this hotel and will come back
The staff was excellent. The rooms were spacious and lovely. Breakfast on the rooftop was absolutely perfect and the highlight of our stay.
I do think dinner and lunch on the rooftop are sadly missing as an option and would be a great plus if available.
Also make sure to inquire in advance if they are hosting a wedding at the hotel during your stay….if so drinks on the rooftop bar are not available as it is only available for wedding guests. This leaves other guests no where to go once back at the hotel which was a sad surprise to us during our short stay,

The location was perfect. The room was so clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated It was like an oasis after a long day of walking in SMA center. The staff were so kind and polite. The breakfast was wonderful too.

Staff was excelent, very helpfull in all matters......room was very clean, with a lot of space......its right in the middle of dowtown , close to all shops and restaurants......
on the not so bright side: door key was tricky, no elevator to second floor ( well there is , but is a service elevator)
