The place was disgusting!!! I never had an experience like this before.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing! We didn’t stay at the motel. Upon checking the room we found bugs on the bed, stains all over the sheets and couch and mold on the ceiling. The person at the front desk even came into the room and saw everything. He couldn’t believe the conditions of the room and just kept apologizing.

Cons:

How filthy the room was! The manager told me he would refund me because they couldn’t accommodate me. They had nothing else available at any of their other motels. They are not responding back to booking.com for me to get the refund and every time I call the person at the front desk says they have to speak to the manager and give me a call back. (Of course they aren’t calling me back.)

4 people in our room and we only had 2 towels and had to keep asking for more, same with blankets.

Great room for an excellent price
Pros:

The owner and his family were extremely nice and very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional stay. Thank you for your kindness. We will stay again.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room felt somewhat newly renovated. The shower and the tv were modern highlights. Was walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. In unit AC functioned very well. Microwave, mini fridge were also functional and useful.

Cons:

The floor felt just the wrong side of damp (bottom floor was tile) and we could hear every footstep in the room above.
Other guests at the pool splashed us when jumping in on multiple occasions, but that says more about them than the stay.

Pros:

Pool, grill, nice size room, great shower, very nice manager who helped us unload our vehicle and filled propane tank in a timely manner.

Cons:

A little too far for me to walk to beach so we paid to park closer
