The staff are somewhat disconnected. Gather it’s from the a shortage of staff.

The office personnel were very rude and lazy took them 45min just to open the lobby door and then had an attitude like if I disturbed them.
I was staying here with my family for a lil over two weeks and had to leave out of town for work and she stayed there with my kids. I thought she was in good hands and she calls me about 3 days later crying because some guy from the office is treating her to kick her out for reporting that people were smoking inside their rooms and that the smell and smoke were going into our room and that my daughter has asthma the guy then proceeded to antagonize her for using a candle to mask the cigarette and marijuana smell seeping through the air vents. Instead of investigating who was smoking inside their rooms they decided to make my wife’s stay a living hell by harassing her every day after that incident. There’s a lot of people outside smoking marijuana freely and nothing gets done about it. I will never be staying here again thanks to the awful treatment provided by the office staff.

Habia cucarachas,y garrapatillas,arañas,y le pedi a la muchacha que furmigara y nunca lo hicieron,ademas no dan toallas,ni jabon ,ni papel para el baño.en 8 dias solo 2 toallas,y pedacito de jabon y 1 papel.

The staff was not rude but not welcoming either. I felt tolerated instead of wanted. I also would have preferred a room on the first floor. I have 3 children and one of which has difficulty walking long distances.
