Que nos tardaron en entregar la habitación
Ubicación y servicio
En una de las camas nos aparecieron unos calcetines sucios de un niño, señal de que no cambiaron la ropa de cama de los huéspedes anteriores.
es lejos de todo , no hay oxxo ni nada cerca se necesita siempre un coche, el horario del restaurante es limitado
tuvimos algunos problemas con la limpieza de la habitaciòn y la conectividad del internet

El acceso controlado por un guardia y aunque tiene un solo elevador, cumplió durante mi estancia, la alberca es mediana y al aire libre con temperatura del agua de acuerdo al clima del día. Mi habitación en el piso tres tenia vista a la Lago de Chapala y el estacionamiento es amplio, la recepción esta a 6 pasos de donde dejaba mi auto y ahí mismo se tiene un baño amplio para discapacitados y venta de golosinas. El hotel incluye desayuno americano, es decir huevos a gusto con frijoles y chilaquiles, jugo y fruta, en fin de semana se sirve en bufé, que se sirve en una terraza amplia con una majestuosa vista de la zona y del lago
La televisión no sirvió, pero no la ocupamos debido al uso del wi fi que funcionaba bien.
