フロントから部屋に至る迄、お洒落で清潔。スタッフも皆様とても親切。

Cons:

強いて言うなら、部屋の窓にシェードがかかっていて、それを開けると、外からこちら側見える為、基本的には下げておくのが良い＝6Fのお部屋

Great place to stay in Kanazawa
Pros:

Nice contemporary styled hotel with friendly staff. Convenient rooms - we had a nice balcony. Excellent location next to Kanazawa castle and garden.

Cons:

Nothing really. Would have been nice if they had a parking arrangement with the adjacent parking lot.

A delightful hotel.
Pros:

What a delightful hotel. Staff were charming, checking in was easy. The room was huge and well appointed. The Japanese breakfast was excellent and the late evening ramen was much appreciated. The staff also navigated ta-q-bin for us. This was probably the best hotel of our trip. We even had a balcony and a little garden.

Cons:

The front door is easy to miss, but that's a minor detail. Once found, everything beyond that point was great.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the spacious room, kind staff and the ease of accessing the city.

Fabulous stay in restful zen setting with excellent staff.
Pros:

Our first visit to Kanazawa and we chose UAN for the location and in room onsens. The hotel staff is very welcoming and warm in a manner US hotels rarely achieve. The facilities were spotless and thoughtfully decorated with all amenities needed. We tried both western and japanese breakfast styles, each was excellent, although western breakfast is very large and we didn’t need lunch. Given location, we took advantage of early morning walk in the famous garden which allowed us to enjoy the serene qualities and beauty of the garden without the crowds- that is worth the price of this hotel in itself! Thank you to the staff who were all friendly and helpful, many of whom spoke some english and google translate also ensured ease of communication for more complicated matters. thank you UAN for a wonderful stay! we hope to be back!

Pros:

Struttura semplicemente fantastica! Le camere sono grandi e spaziose, dotate di ogni comfort. La colazione era super, con una varietà incredibile e la possibilità di scegliere, ovviamente, anche la colazione tipica giapponese.
La posizione è ottima e strategica per scoprire Kanazawa, che tra l'altro è una città meravigliosa.
Il vero valore aggiunto, però è lo staff. Persone preparatissime, gentilissime e che parlavano un inglese perfetto (cosa per nulla scontata e non semplice da trovare in giro per il Giappone). Ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati dall'inizio alla fine. Se andate a Kanazawa, dovete soggiornare qui!
