Sehr erholsam und angenehmes Ambiente - mit dem Abstrich, dass Aussicht überbewertet ist
Pros:

Alles hier war wunderbar. Man wird sehr hilfsbereit und höflich betreut, wir haben einen Tee zur Begrüßung bekommen und es ist ein Ort zum wohlfühlen und ausspannen. Die Lage ist zentral und gut als Ausgangslage für die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Mit den Bussen ist alles gut zu erreichen

Cons:

Wir waren etwas enttäuscht, dass die Aussicht des Zimmers direkt auf eine andere Hauswand war (2etage) es war also mehr das Souterrain und ein sehr dunkles Gefühl als alles andere. Vielleicht ist das auf einer der höheren Etagen anders. Badewanne und Dusche sind kombiniert - das ist etwas irritierend in der Anwendung.

I highly recommend UAN kanazawa to anyone visiting the area. This stay was truly a standout experience for several reasons:

Outstanding Service: The staff here is simply world-class. I experienced the best customer service of my three weeks journey across Japan. They are attentive, professional, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Premier Location: The hotel’s location is hard to beat. It is situated within easy walking distance of the local market, several world-class museums, and a great variety of restaurants. Additionally, it is just a short, convenient walk to the Kanazawa train station.

Comfort & Cleanliness: My room was incredibly comfortable and kept in pristine condition throughout my stay. A huge thank you to the housekeeping team for their meticulous maintenance and attention to detail.

Excellent Facilities: * Gym: The gym area is simple but highly effective, providing everything needed for a solid workout.

Laundry: The laundry area is very well-maintained and was a huge convenience during my long trip.

Felt very fancy with a personal welcome/check-in experience. Room is amazing and the location makes everything walkable.

Cons:

Gym room would be much improved with some basic weights. It’s only cardio now.

Luxurious and welcoming. Definitely recommend.
Pros:

Wow what a luxurious place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Amenities were excellent. Lovely welcoming from staff on arrival with a few Aussie jokes! Great location also. Breaky was superb!

Cons:

If I had to complain about 1 thing the curtain over the back door could have been more of a blockout. Very minor complaint!

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon. Super Lage, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Die abnedliche Soba Nudeln und Getränke waren sehr lecker. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Fabulous. Highly recommend! Beautiful bedroom, spacious and lovely bath.

Perfect location and facilities!
Pros:

Everything about this property was fabulous! The location is absolutely perfect. Quite literally 20 minutes walk or less to all major sites including the Kanazawa Castle. There are also convenience stores nearby. The staff are fantastic. They speak excellent English which makes things super easy. The facilities are super clean and the rooms exceptional in their size and comfort. Highly recommend!
