Superb hotel elegant and efficient
Pros:

Beautiful modern hotel but with so many lovely traditional Japanese touches. Delicious breakfasts, lovely little gym and coin operated laundry. Complimentary drinks in the lounge area. Car parking is nearby. Staff were so lovely and also efficient

Our stay at UAN was wonderful- would happily stay again.
Pros:

We are a group of four older travelers and loved our stay here. The location of the hotel is adjacent to the castle grounds, within walking distance to Omiicho Market, Kenrokuen-en garden, and the old district. The room was spacious, well appointed and designed - a very comfortable experience. The Japanese and Western style breakfasts were both very good. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

部屋が広い！！また、玄関みたいなスペースがあり、土足と部屋靴のメリハリがしっかりしていて、家みたいだった！
夜21:00~は無料のそばがあり、お得感あり◎
日本酒は飲んだことなかったが、当施設で初の日本酒の利き酒セットを注文。座敷やテーブル付き椅子など、ゆったりできるスペースが豊富で他の宿泊者とも密にならず良かった！

Cons:

お風呂の扉の隙間から黒いゴミ？みたいな小さいのが出てきた。めっちゃ気になるわけではないが、強いていえばです。

Amazing stay!
Pros:

We loved this hotel from the moment we stepped in. The modern design and artwork create a lovely atmosphere. Our room was spacious and well appointed, with the bonus of two wash basins. The staff were consistently warm and helpful, with special thanks to Kaburaki and Kitagawa for their excellent service. The lounge offers complimentary juice and coffee and the free udon after 9 pm is a thoughtful touch. We were also pleasantly surprised to be checked in early at 1:30 pm, which is quite rare in Japan. The location is superb. We did not use public transport once, as the hotel is just minutes from Omicho Market and within easy walking distance of the station and major attractions. The nightwear provided was also lovely. We truly enjoyed our stay in Kanazawa and would happily return.

We had a lovely time.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, great location. The staff were wonderful. We paid for one (a bit expensive) breakfast and it was amazing.
