Great location near Kanazawa castle, omicho market, local restaurants, shopping strips and other attractions. We were able to walk from Kanazawa station to the hotel and saw all the sights we were interested in on foot.
Room was spacious, scrupulously clean and comfortable. Lovely touches including yukata and fresh chilled water in rooms and a daily fresh towel delivery. Staff were helpful and professional. Hotel is beautifully designed with an attractive lobby area offering a selection of complementary teas.
Only minor complaint is that I found the mattress too firm for my liking.

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, a poche fermate di autobus dalla stazione dei treni e vicino al mercato del pesce Omicho, dove abbiamo potuto pranzare.
Dispone di biciclette che vengono date gratuitamente agli ospiti, con le quali abbiamo potuto raggiungere facilmente la zona del castello e del giardino Kenroku-en e il quartiere dei Samurai.
Alla sera dopo le 21:00 viene data gratuitamente una zuppa di noodles, molto buona.
Per la colazione si può scegliere tra colazione giapponese o occidentale, abbiamo scelto quella occidentale e ci hanno portato un vassoio con un sacco di roba. La stanza era molto grande, con due letti alla francese per 4 persone, ma ci siamo stati molto comodi. In stanza è presente anche il tradizionale pigiama giapponese, uno per ogni ospite. Nel bagno c'era anche la vasca idromassaggi e i sali da bagno. Peccato esserci stati solo una notte.

Excellent location, welcome and facilities. Breakfast was amazing (choice between Western and Japanese). The room was very good. Extremely comfortable and clean with a lovely little garden at the end (by a window) and a great tub.
Friendly staff, free drinks at any time in reception area and free noodles between 9pm and 11pm. Well laid out rooms.

We had an incredible stay at the UAN in Kanazawa. The hotel was relaxing, very clean and well maintained with great amenities in our room and firm beds. The western and Japanese breakfasts were amazing and we really enjoyed the complimentary juice, water and coffee. The location was really close to the entrance to the castle park. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kanazawa.
