Pros:

room is clean and quiet. staff are helpful and friendly. shower is a bit small, so is the fridge. No HDTV in the room so be prepared.

Affordable and convenient
Pros:

Me and my wife stayed for a week and we both like this place. Very near to shopping areas and restaurants (we dined in at Hot Asia bazaar and enjoyed local foods with different bands playing every night). Great service from friendly staff and security. We are surely going back.

Great budget place to stay in Makati city center
Pros:

Convenient to shopping, groceries and restaurants, and yet the place was quiet. Staff were very accommodating especially Marie who was very helpful.

Small hotel with big comforts
Pros:

We booked this hotel for the kitchen availability. Our family likes to cook for us when we are visiting them in the Philippines. It served us quite well,and there was plenty of room for the whole family to interact in the room. The bed was very comfortable,and well worth the extra cost over another less expensive hotel we looked into. The only complaint was the lack of a strong wifi for my wife to use for her Facebooking,and e-mail.Also, it would have been nice to have a tv channel guide, so we could go right to the stations we wished to. Regardless, the staff did their best to help with the wifi, but were limited by the tech of the service provided. Also, the Italian restaurant located on the mezzanine was quite good,as well as the Crying Tiger located on the street next door.
