Exceptional service, breakfast and location
Pros:

This feels a like a boutique hotel. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, coordinated by Susan. Service was personal and professional , particularly from Andrew who went above and beyond to help us, even with plans for the next part of our journey. A special surprise was a small cake for my husband’s birthday.

Amazing experience in the middle of old quarter
Pros:

We had an absolutely amazing time at the hotel. The entire staff is exceptional and took care of everything for us. The location is amazing as well - right next to everything in Hanoi - from night market to train street to the lake - everything is walkable. The rooms and amenities were amazing, our entire stay was amazing and we would highly recommend everyone to stay here for the lovely hospitality. The spa experience was amazing too. Definitely recommend having a relaxing session here.
