Phòng giống ảnh và rất tiện nghi được trang bị đầy đủ thiết bị cần thiết. Đối với 1 khách sạn trong khu vực khố cổ thì diện tích phòng như này là đã rất tốt rồi. Khách sạn mới thay thế đệm và chăn nên tôi có thể cảm thấy rất thoải mái - chứng tỏ khách sạn này luôn luôn nâng cấp! Sẽ quay lại

Vì khách sạn có 2 toà riêng biệt và chúng tôi đi du lịch vào mùa cao điểm nên tôi và bạn tôi không được sắp xếp gần nhau nhưng cũng không sao cả

The Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa was a great experience for us on our recent visit to Vietnam. As soon as I booked, I received a message from their sales executive (concierge), Mr Antony Nguyen. He was so helpful I can't thank him enough.
Before we left home, he helped in arranging tours, hotel transfers, airport fast-track, and made all necessary changes when our outbound flights were canceled. He also helped with itinerary suggestions and bookings once we were on our way to central and Southern Vietnam. I feel like I have a new friend in Vietnam!
The hotel is small but perfectly situated and with pleasant rooms, bathrooms and a lovely koi water feature in the check-in area. The restaurant serves a very nice buffet breakfast that will set you on your way for the day.
It is easy to recommend this hotel and its helpful staff.

I was fortunate to come to Hanoi on a business trip and stayed at the Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa in Hanoi which is one street away from the Night market in the old quater. The Great room was the highlight of my trip. The food was ok . I want thank a whole list of people from the manager Molly to Andrew, Daisy,Tiffany and Anthony for your service with a smile and Hospitality. Go to 42 Hang Cot street to have a great experience on a decent budget.

Perfect Place To Stay In Hanoi
Pros:

The hotel is located perfectly in the Old Quarters so close to all attractions, we walked around the neighbourhood and felt safe. Staff are friendly and attentive always asking if they can assist with anything. The bed was king size, buffet breakfast choices were western and local food. Perfect place to stay in Hanoi.

Oasis of calm

This hotel was an oasis of calm amid the bustle of the old town of Hanoi. Great rooms, fantastic varied breakfast, with good vegan options and helpful and attentive staff. A special mention goes to Antony Nguyen who went out of his way to help with advice and practical help. Thank you.

Vor den Balkonzimmern nach hinten raus war eine Großbaustelle, wo auch durchgehend nachts gearbeitet wurde und das war wirklich sehr laut.

Such a lovely hotel, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. A true home from home and a great start to our trip. Thank you to the lovely women at the front desk who made us feel so welcome and all the rest of the staff too. We would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hanoi. Breakfast was superb, a wide range of options. Comfy rooms. We hope to be back soon. Great stay at a great location.
