Pros:

Staff very attentive and helpful. Balcony for Smoking in the Community area. Free water and daily cleaning. Water kettle in the room. Overall Clean. Phone in the room to call reception. Close to supermarkets and Lots of Restaurants.

Cons:

Impossible to Close the door without noise. Access with Chipcard, door Starts Alarm when Not closed properly (what Sometimes Happens when guests Check Out, so they already left when Alarm Starts). Walls very think, you can hear neighbours talking. Shop in Front playing loud music whole day through (Same Song on endless repeat!!)- but that is Not the Hotels fault, was Just annoying neighbourhood.

Pros:

The staff are very helpful. Room is clean

Cons:

No water dispenser or coway at every floor.
We drink water too much during stay and really need cold water for drinks. And really sorry to disturb the staff even he said its ok. Just my suggestion
