Es war ein schönes Wochenende allerdings war uns etwas zu wenig los und auch das man immer ein Auto braucht ist nicht so

Vi fortalte om vores udfordring, men blev ikke mødt med løsning. Der blev blot nævnt at alt var booket

Selve stedet er skønt. Det ligger med smuk udsigt over søen og bjergene.

Cons:

Vi fik en lejlighed placeret, så der næsten kun var udsigt til bygningen foran. Lige ved vores terasse /soveværelsesdør var placeret rengøringsrummet - og 4 store metal bokse til håndklæder. Rengøringspersonalet gik frem og tilbage med rengøringsmidler hele formiddagen og røg også udenfor.

Good for families wanting a quieter stay.
Pros:

The view of the lake was very beautiful and the accommodation was a good size and comfortable.

Cons:

The pool was quite cold and it would have been helpful to have a few more basic items in the kitchen. Due to location a car would be very helpful to access amenities and we ended up catching a few taxis.

Un très bel endroit et un accueil fort sympathique !
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le lieu avec une vue magnifique sur le Lac de Côme, la tranquillité, l'espace dans l'appartement. Nous sommes venus en saison creuse donc le prix était plus doux mais nous n'avons pas pu profiter des deux belles piscines extérieures qui donnent envie de revenir aux beaux jours.
Accueil très sympathique.

Cons:

Quelques toiles d'araignée retrouvées dans les coins des pièces mais à part ça, le ménage était bien fait.
Les virages pour rejoindre le village sur les hauteurs du Lac sont corsés... mais c'est la contre-partie à une tranquillité très appréciable !

Lo staff, perché non mi ha risposto più quando ho chiesto di aumentare la temperatura di scaldamento perché era messa a 20,6 gradi il limite massimo con 10 gradi fuori quindi faceva freddo ..
Perciò abbiamo dormito con il freddo ..
non c’erano nessun prodotto per igiene .. né sapone né shampoo ne bagno schiuma niente ..
con 187 euro a notte aspettavo qualcosa di più ..

Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen empfehlen
Pros:

Top Lage mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick! Es waren auch ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.
Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut schallisoliert!

Cons:

Das Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem waren die meisten Liegen am Pool defekt!
Hinweis für den Sommer: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage!

Enttäuschend und langsam abgewohnt

Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft Urlaub gemacht, weil uns Lage und Ausstattung grundsätzlich gut gefallen. Leider mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass sich an den grundlegenden Problemen seit dem letzten Aufenthalt nichts verändert hat.

Cons:

Die Spülmaschine war erneut defekt – genau wie im Vorjahr – und wurde bewusst erst am Tag unserer Abreise ersetzt. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise vor Ort und telefonischer Rückfragen passierte nichts! Das Geschirr war natürlich insgesamt noch dreckig von den Vorgängern.
Dass im Büro bereits Ersatzteile für andere Spülmaschinen bereitlagen, deutet für uns darauf hin, dass dieses Problem nicht neu war. Statt einer Lösung gab es jedoch nur Ausreden.

Auch die Schlafsituation war unzumutbar: Das Beistellbett war kaputt, das Ersatzbett ebenfalls – am Ende mussten wir improvisieren, um überhaupt eine funktionierende Schlafmöglichkeit zu haben.

Schade ist vor allem die Haltung des Gastgebers: Auf berechtigte Hinweise wird weder reagiert noch Verantwortung übernommen. Es scheint, das schnelle Geschäft zählt und nicht das Wohl der Gäste.

Wir reisen oft und wissen, dass im Ferienbetrieb mal etwas schieflaufen kann – entscheidend ist aber, wie man damit umgeht. Leider blieb hier jegliches Entgegenkommen aus. Für den Preis und die Kategorie hätten wir deutlich mehr Professionalität und Kundenorientierung erwartet.

Super Blick über den Comersee. Pool sehr schön. Vercana liegt sehr hoch, zur Wohnung ist es ein etwas steiler Weg :) kein Bus oder Taxi fahren zum Appartement

Cons:

Wir hatten die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss behindertengerecht, was wir aber nicht wussten. Leider muss das Reinigungspersonal immerzu vor dem Schlafzimner lang, da dort die Wäsche gewaschen wurde.
