Pros:

Beautiful setting amid trees. Personal onsen in our room and public mixed gender onsen very close by next to the river. Handy for Shin hotaka ropeway.
We had the banquet dinner which was delicious and they readily accommodated a vegetarian (told them in advance). Very kind, polite but unobtrusive staff.

Large rooms, coin laundry, massage chair and comfortable beds.

Cons:

You need a car as the location is not very well served by public transport. Limited meal options - the climber's cafeteria was a fun nearby option.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en ligging was oke maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd

Cons:

Het hotel is enorm gedateerd, slecht onderhouden en de hygiëne liet zeer te wensen over. Er zaten vlekken op de vloerbedekking, op het behang en gordijnen. Bedden waren enorm hard, spiraal kwam er door heen waardoor iedereen last van zijn rug had. Ook in de openbare ruimtes werd niet schoongemaakt. Er lagen meerdere dode insecten welke er nog steeds lagen toen we weg gingen. Algemene ruimtes hadden ook vlekken op de muur (lekkage vlekken) en gaten.
Het was het duurste hotel op onze reis maar ook het slechtste. Voordat we aankwamen kregen we vanuit het hotel een bericht dat er in de buurt geen voorzieningen waren om te eten of eten te kopen. Ze gaven aan dat we diner bij hen konden reserveren of anders eten uit Takayama mee moesten nemen. Hier klopt niets van aangezien er binnen 5 minuten rijden een prima restaurantje zat met een groot aanbod van heerlijk eten.

개인 온천욕실에 음식 만족스럽습니다.
방도 넓고 침대도 좋고 시설은 나무랄데가 없습니다.
다만 외딴곳 신호타카로프웨이에서 차로 5분거리에 있습니다.
주위에 아무것도 없어 미리 먹을것등 사가지고 가야해요
연인 부부등이 차량으로 여행한다면 매우 좋은 료칸으로 오붓한 시간을 가질수 있어 추천합니다. 가족은 조금 비추합니다
