とてもよかったです！また行きたいです！
Pros:

ロケーションもよかったですが、室内の温泉がとてもよかったです。
何度も入りました！
部屋も明るく広く、清潔感もありました。
食事も、夕・朝とも美味しかったです。
スタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。

Cons:

良くなかったほどではないですが、ドライヤー使えましたが、破損がみられました。
他の部屋1室は湯がぬるかったようです。

Amazing stay
Pros:

The rooms are a wonderful size, the staff all know very good English despite the remote location, which really adds to the quality of service. Wonderfully kept onsen, and the meals were exceptional.

Very very good view on roof and seating area of each floor, rooms have good privacy and are quiet. The renovation is a bit old and classic, but big and clean enough for us to enjoy. Staff are polite, with attention to detail and often smile😊
We arrived a bit late and left a bit early but the staff are really helpful. Will definitely come again and reserve more time for the stay.
Reminder if arrive by bus from Takayama: for arrival, tell the bus driver where you drop off as it's a special stop. For departure, ask staff at bus center to do booking for you in advance so that the bus come up to the stop for you. We are grateful that everything in schedule.

Pros:

Hotel is in een prachtig gebouw gevestigd in een schitterende omgeving. Grote kamers.

Cons:

Totale verwaarlozing van dit mooie gebouw. Boekenkasten staan leeg, behang is verkleurd, douche groen uitgeslagen.
Van te voren werd bericht dat er in de buurt geen andere restaurants zijn te vinden en je wordt aangeraden een diner te reserveren. Dat klopt niet want op 9 auto minuten zijn enkele restaurants te vinden.
Als je niet stipt op de afgesproken tijd aan het ontbijt verschijnt word je gebeld.

価格を考えれば良心的な宿です。
Pros:

部屋がとても広い。部屋で掛け流しの温泉に浸かれる。硫黄の匂いは強め。槍ヶ岳が見える。食事は美味しいです。料理は最初にほぼ配膳されているので、ゆっくり呑む人は少ないかもしれませんが、日本酒やワインもそれなりに揃っています。

施設が古めです。
玄関で靴から履き替えるスリッパだけは新しくして欲しい。
